Maddie pov.
I woke up in a white room in a bed when I looked around I groaned. I'm at a fucking hospital. Hey honey, how are you? My mom asked. I'm in hell, mom. What do you expect. I said. Maddie, seriously how do you feel? She asked. My neck hurts, plus my back, but I feel a little better. I said. Why would you let Jack touch you, you should never let a man or In this case a boy touch you. My mom said. I didn't even know he was gonna push, he just shoved and I hit the table. I said. Ok, honey. She said. Where's dad, and step-dad? I asked. Their outside. She said. Where did they go? I just remembering dad and step-dad walking out of the house, while Connor carried me out to the car. I said. Don't worry, right now honey. She said. So when do I get to go home? I asked. Maybe today. She said before getting up and walking out, but in came my step-dad. Hey, Mads'. He said. Hey dad, what happened when you and other dad left? I asked. Don't worry honey, you'll see. He said. And the rest of the group? I asked. Connor, is outside with your mom and dad. He said. They know they can come in if they want? I asked. Ya, but they want you to have your privacy. He said. That's nice of you guys, but it's fine. I said.

They finally released me and we're on our way home, Connor, is staying over for awhile, he already talked to his parents and they were fine with it. I'm happy your gonna stay over for awhile, you always cheer me up. I said smiling at him. He smiled at me. Maddie stay in the car. My step-dad said driving up the driveway. I looked at the direction he was looking at, I saw Jack. That's when my heart shattered. I looked at Connor and he was looking at me, I looked away and back at my dad and jack. My dad face started jaw started getting wider so I'm guessing he's yelling at Jack. Connor can you go out their and make sure everything's is fine? I asked him. He nodded and got off. I heard some of my dad words 'leave her alone now, Jack. You ruined it f- ' but that's all I heard. I set myself up and looked out the window from the other side, due to the fact I was sitting behind the drivers side. Jacks eyes diverted to me slowly, when he saw me, he started getting watery. I shook my head and looked down. When I looked back up, Jack was already outside of my door. Maddie, please open the door. He said. Connor was pushing him away. I put the window down a few. What do you want, Jack? I asked. How are you? He asked softly. I'm fine, now what do you want? I asked. I want to be here for you. He said. Too bad, we're over, like you said yesterday. I said. We're not over, in me we're still together. He said. Well that's your own fault, maybe if you weren't hanging out too much with whatever her name is, we wouldn't be in this situation, so now you can leave. I said. Just give me a reason, Maddie. He said. You want reason, because you hurt me, you ignored me, you got to overprotective, your dumb enough not to notice, you cruel, your rude, you brake promises, now I feel bad for your next girlfriend. I said. Maddie, please, I regret it. He said. And I regret giving you chance now. I said. Jack, I think you should leave, before this goes further. Connor said to him. He's right, Jack. So just leave. I said. Jack looked at me and than at Connor. I won't stop, Maddie. Just know. He said walking away. Come on Maddie let's get you inside. Connor said opening the door for me. Can you carry me? I asked. Lazy ass. He said picking me up. You love me tho. I said. I do, but I regret loving you at a point that you just use me. He said. Do I make you feel like a slave? I asked. Yup. He said. I'm sorry. I said shuffling his hair, while laughing. Stop! Don't mess of my hair. He said hitting my hand. Ow! That's not how you treat your best friend. I said. I didn't know we were best friends. He said. You little shit. I said hitting his arm sitting on my bed. Ow, I thought we were best friends? He asked. Oh, I didn't know. I said. Little turd. He said attacking me with tickles. Stop! I said laughing. But then I felt something coming up my throat, I pushed Connor off and went to the bathroom puking up. Hey?! You ok?! He asked coming right after me grabbing my hair. I nodded my head puking a bit more. Connor just kept rubbing my back, while I puked some more. Soon I finished and wiped my mouth off and cleaned my mouth. You sure your ok? He asked.  Yup. I said laying on my bed. Wanna, go out and get Starbucks? He asked. Yes! I yelled I excitement. We left and soon arrived their. We decided to eat on the patio. While Connor ordered for me, I walked past the booth when I heard a familiar voice, jacks. I decided to listen. Look, I know I messed up, but I really love her, you guys probably don't even believe me, just like she doesn't. He said scoffing. Look, bro, we're just letting you know that you messed up, second what where you even doing at her house so late? And third of all if she didn't answer her phone, she needs her privacy, you have to respect. Jj said. I know! She could've just asked for her privacy I was so worried about her, but then Lia, had to get the idea of her cheating on me, because apparently she was going behind my back, but I knew it wasn't true,  I trust, Maddie, and now I won't be able to have her. Because of who? Lia, her dad, her step-dad, her mother, her friends, and especially  her, she doesn't love me. He said, shouldn't of even hanged out with Lia, I knew she was a little off, Lia. I should've just stayed with my guts and denied Lia as my partner. He said. I agree with you brother there. Sammy said. Can we just get out of here? Jack asked. I tried walking past there booth fast, but only to run into Jack. Maddie? He asked looking down at me. Gilinsky. I said. Back to the old name? He asked. Maybe. I said. Please! Maddie. He said. What? I asked. Just tell her, what you told us, Jack. Nate said. No need, I already heard it. I said before trying to walk away from Jack but only to get pulled back. Maddie, baby, please, just forgive me, we can go slow. He said. First off, if you want to try again, you shouldn't call me pet names, like before. Second of all, that's what you said last time and look where we're at? I said before shrugging him off, he just stared at me while I walked away.
