Disgust

Pride looks down from the heart
   Sees only flaws and imperfection
Hate belittles all and raises one up
On a false pedestal of wrong
Revulsion blinds from oneself
And despises the speck in the eye
Disgust pushes away
   That which is in need
With an empty heart and frozen hands
   Careless, ungrateful, unhelpful
Lacking love
