This is a theory written with the help of my friend AbbyThePandaXD! This theory states, that Kevin (a.k.a. the butt) is actually Connie's older brother, but Connie's parents didn't like his behavior, so they disowned him. Shortly after, Connie was born. Because of this gap, Connie and Kevin would have no idea that they are related. Also, it is kind of hinted at a relationship with their nose shapes... They both have long, flat, noses. This relationship would explain why Stevonnie is "obsessed" with Kevin... In a really weird way.
