Fusion Theory

Hello! I'm back! I was browsing Pinterest earlier and found a very interesting thing, per say. I am not claiming it as my own, and I give full credit to the original writer of it. That out of the way, theory time!

So this theory was essentially the explanation of the fusion's extra limbs and such. Firstly, Opal. As we know, Opal has a single pair of eyes, but two sets of arms. According to the theory, this means Pearl and Amethyst view the situation the same way (thus one set of eyes), but would react to it differently (giving Opal two sets of arms). On the other hand, Rainbow Quartz reacts to the situation the same, but sees it differently. Now adding my own thoughts on the matter, Sugalite has a combination of both, because Garnet wants to get the job done, but Amethyst wants to simply impress Steven, as with Sardonyx. Malachite, in my own opinion, may look the way she does, because A. Jasper and Lapis want to act differently, and B. It's the simple matter of being unstable. Smokey Quartz might have the split arm thing going on, because Steven is in fact, half human, but there may be other reasons. Now for Alexandrite. I think the best explanation for the way she looks, is that the gems all want to act differently. My justification for this, is from "Fusion Cuisine." Steven pointed out that all the gems are different, so it makes perfect sense that they would all behave differently.

Now, a quick "counter," if you will, to this theory. While it would make sense that they would look differently depending on how the fusing gems would react to a given situation, it could also be a simple matter of the way they need to use their weapon. For example, Opal's blew is huge so it makes sense that she might need two sets of arms to use it. And Sardonyx even says in "Know you fusion," "I always find that a little spin helps me." This could be why her torso (? I don't really know what to call it.) would be articulated. So that she can get power behind her hammer. Sugalite is the same. It would take quite a force to wield a flail of that size. We also see that Alexandrite is capable of using any of the weapons, so it could be that she is just a mix of every one. Now, Smokey Quartz can wield up to three of her yo-yos, so it makes sense that she would have three arms to allow this.

Finally, I have a quick question that has been pressing on my mind lately, where are the new episodes?? I haven't seen a new episode in two weeks, and don't see any listed (new episodes are supposed to be every Thursday). If anyone knows, please tell me!!
