"Are you going to the birthday party of lianne?" She ask prince.
They are at home now. In the living room sitting in the couch and watching tv. Both of their parents have a business trip so they are alone in the house as usual. She doesnt understand the schedule of her kuya nathan so she doesnt really know where he is.
Prince look at her complicatedly. She knows he's struggling since he already told lianne that he will attend her party and at the same time, he also promised not to see her.
She sigh. "You can go." She told him before he could reply. She didnt make it difficult for him. She cant be that cruel. It was his friend and he already agreed that he will be attending. She heard it last time when she saw lianne and prince talking in the locker room. Haa. Another hurtful memory.
Prince was surprise that she allowed him to go herself. He didnt actually wanna go since he promise sathana that he will distance himself completely to lianne. He dont want to break any promises to her.
"But..." he started. "Its fine. Its just a birthday party and many people would be there. You can go." She told prince like an understandable wife. "Do you wanna go too? We can go together." Prince suggested. "Are you crazy? Im not close with that friend of yours. I think she wouldnt want me to be there too." She said. "Thats not true. Lianne is nice. She would be happy to see you there." Her mood turned sour because of what prince said.
It sounds like he is defending and taking the side of lianne. She can feel a very dark feeling creeping from her inside. She tried her best to push it back and hid it inside her. "Yes. Yes. Lianne is kind and pure. She's perfect." She cant help but to say sarcastically.
Prince immediately guess why her mood suddenly turn for worse. He immediately pulled her into her chest. "Are you jealous?" He actually sounds happy when he ask the question. It made her itritated. She have some mood swings sometimes and this was one of those rare days. "Hmp. Whose jealous?" She tried to deny. "You." Prince replied shamelessly and continue to look happy. Eeeesh. This guy!
"Whatever. Then you cant go anymore!" "Im sorry. This is the last time I promise." Prince said and rub her head. She buried her face to his chest. Hmp. This feels like he's tricking her when he say promise and do sweet things to her at the same time. "You cant be very close to her on sunday okay. Even if you guys are bestfriends." She reprimanded prince. Haa. She seriously sounds like a very irritating house wife right now. "Yes. Roger."
Sunday. Its around 6pm and the party of lianne starts at 7pm. She had a very heavy heart when she saw the gift that prince bought for lianne last night. It was a small steiff compass rose teddy bear. It cost around 400 dollars or 18,000 pesos.
