"Ah, I've heard about you before, you're Jimin's friend right?" Taehyung asked, offering the younger boy a smile. Just like how Jimin told Jungkook about how much they'd get along, he told Taehyung as well.
"You're right. I actually–" Jungkook was interrupted.
"What, I don't get a hello?" Hoseok crossed his arms, stepping in front of Tae.
"Yeah, uh, no." Jungkook pushed him out the way, giving Taehyung a huge cheeky grin. "You know, you're very prett–"
"Did you just push me?"
"Barely." He shrugged, sparing Hoseok only a glance before turning his gaze back to Taehyung, his smile returning.
"You're kidding me right?"
"Let's hang out sometime, I'll give you a call okay?" Jungkook said with a wink before spinning on his heels and walking back to Jimin.
"Alright...?" Taehyung replied, a bit in a daze. He didn't quite know what just happened.
"You know, at first I thought he was a cute kid. Now I just flat out don't like him." Hoseok shook his head. Tae looked at him weirdly before averting his gaze back towards Jungkook who was chatting with Jimin. It was obvious to Tae that Jimin was chastising the boy.
Just as Tae was watching Jungkook while Hoseok was mindlessly babbling, Yoongi did the same with Jimin as Jin just kept talking on and on with Namjoon. He felt like he was hardcore third wheeling.
He began to let his thoughts wander, thinking about just how close Jimin and Taehyung were. And then he thought once again, why should he care? More like, why does he care? He quickly changed his path of mind and thought about what kind of choreography they'd be doing that day. It wasn't much later till Jimin answered his question.
"Today we'll be learning a choreo for a song called Silver Spoon. It's more on the hip hop side of things. It's not that difficult, and overall a fun dance to learn. I'll show it to you guys first. You know the drill." He took out his phone connecting it to the Bluetooth stereo before placing it back in his pocket and getting into place. The music began to play.
Within the first 22 seconds of the choreo, Yoongi was sputtering for air.
Jimin always had his eyes on the blonde, so he always knew the kind of affect he had on him. In fact, Yoongi had told him on multiple occasions "how hot he looked" when dancing. So of course, he made dances with provocative moves.
When the song came to an end, everyone cheered except for Yoongi. He was trying to keep his cool. There was just something about dancing (specifically Jimin's dancing) that made him so heiwwndksiwjwkxis inside.
"So I was thinking, we keep the groups but do something a little different for this choreo." Jimin stated, causing everyone's curiosity to rise. "Boys vs Girls."
"I don't think we have enough guys for that–" Hoseok started.
"We have Jin and Namjoon and now Taehyung–"
"Oh no no, I don't dance." Jin shook his head, immediately rejecting the idea, terrified at just the thought of himself dancing and others seeing him dancing.
"C'mon Jin, it'll be fun." One of the girls pleaded, pouting. "The girls are totally going to win, but it'll be fun to watch!"
"How are you so sure you're going to win?" Taehyung questioned, furrowing his eyebrows.
"Oooh, feisty, I like them fei–" Jungkook was cut off by a glare from Hoseok.
"Please, we're definitely winning." Ari said, entering the room and dropping her bag on the floor letting her presence be known.
"Oh shit my goddess has retur–"
"Don't get too arrogant now Ari." Jimin rolled his eyes.
"I mean, I'll do it if you do." Namjoon whispered to Jin.
Jin sighed. "Well if you're willing to then I guess it'll be funny to watch you embarrass yourself."
"Says you." Namjoon nudged him.
"I'm so conflicted right now." Jungkook jabbered to himself.
"What just happened?" Yoongi asked, completely dumbfounded at the situation considering the fact that he had been lost in his thoughts.
"Boys vs Girls, keep up loser." Hoseok answered.
"Oh?"
"Ari knows the choreography already, so she'll be teaching you girls. We'll split the studio in half."
"Over here girlies!" Ari waved as she walked over to the far end of the room. The girls followed after her and the sound of their chattering filled the air.
"Over here... Guys?" Jimin tried.
"That was lame, don't ever do that again." Taehyung judged his best friend with a sympathetic laugh. All the guys gathered around Jimin at the opposite end of the room.
"What did I get myself into?" Jin whined. Namjoon laughed at him and gave him an encouraging smile.
"We're in this together, it'll be okay."
"I already know we're going to have to work extra hard with you three..." Jimin spoke quietly to himself, eyeing the three worst dancers in the room; also known as Jin, Namjoon, and Yoongi.
"Don't be rude." Namjoon scoffed.
"Just being honest. Maybe we should break down into two units and then come together as a whole. Hoseok, you're a really fast learner and an amazing dancer, I'll put you in charge of Jin and Taehyung. I've got Namjoon and Yoongi." Jimin suggested to which the other nodded in agreement.
"I'm joining Hoseok's group–"
"No Jungkook, you're also with me."
"But I–"
"Anyways, I'll start with the chorus." The redhead ignored the youngest as he stretched out his arms real quick. "So at the 'They call me, Baepsae' part, it goes like this..." He began counting out steps as he moved his body to his own choreo.
Yoongi had been very quiet.
He himself didn't know why.
At first he thought it was because, wow Jimin looked super hot in that shirt, but then he realized, wow Jimin's smile is just really amazing. Or that wow Jimin's legs are muscular as fuck, but he noticed that, wow Jimin's eyes are always super bright and never dull, especially when he was dancing.
There was just something different. And he didn't know what it was, but for some reason he was scared. And the feeling didn't settle well with him.
