It was a couple hours later when Yoongi heard his phone ringing. His heart stopped and he hoped that maybe, just maybe, Hoseok was reaching out to him. Then he saw that it was Jimin and couldn't help but feel the disappointment seep through his entire body– which was unusual since it was Jimin of all people. He was hesitant to answer, letting it ring a couple more times before he decided that it would be better to pick up.

The line was silent, the younger waiting for Yoongi to greet him first like he normally did. When he realized he wasn't going to get any kind of response, he sighed softly. "Hey."

"Hi." Yoongi replied as he laid back in bed. His eyes were glued to the ceiling, almost as if he were having a staring contest with it.

It was quiet for a moment before Jimin spoke up again. "I heard from Taehyung. Do you want me to come over?" His voice was laced with concern and Yoongi could hear muffled sounds which he assumed was Jimin getting up.

"No, it's alright, you don't have to." He shook his head even if the other couldn't see.

"I'm coming over." He stated anyways.

Then what was the point in asking, was what Yoongi wanted to say but he ended up with just a small, "Okay."

"See you soon, don't fall asleep on me."

Yoongi managed to chuckle weakly and he finally tore his eyes away from the ceiling to check the time. "I make no promises."

Jimin showed up faster than Yoongi thought he would. Forcing himself out of bed, he trudged over to the front door when he heard him knocking. As soon as he opened it, Jimin greeted him with open arms, engulfing him in a hug and squeezing him tightly. Yoongi just stood there for a second, processing the action before wrapping his arms around the other and stuffing his face into his neck.

"I didn't mean for my words to come out the way they did." He mumbled, letting Jimin hold onto him for a few more moments.

"C'mon." Jimin said and let him go. He closed the door behind him and led Yoongi back to his bedroom.

Cuddling wasn't anything new to them– in the past couple weeks they did nothing except that; but whenever he was wrapped up in Jimin's arms with their legs entangled, he couldn't help but feel a little flustered.

"We've never really had an argument like this before– never something that was so serious." He paused, Jimin encouraging him to go on with a nod of his head. "It really scared me to see him react the way he did, that has never happened so I didn't expect it at all. He always understands what I'm trying to say."

Jimin lifted Yoongi's chin up, caressing his thumb against his cheek. "Well what exactly was the fight over?" Yoongi stayed quiet and Jimin's eyes widened a little bit after a while, guilt suddenly hitting him at full force. "It was because of me, wasn't it? Fuck, I'm sorry Yoongi. That was the last thing I wanted to do, I told myself I wouldn't come between your friendshi–"

"It wasn't because of you." Yoongi interrupted, shaking his head. "You have nothing to apologize for Jimin, okay?" He reassured him.

"Okay." Jimin sighed, still a bit unsure as he left a chaste kiss against Yoongi's lips. "What happened then?"

"He actually took the news about us really well. Then he asked why I didn't tell him before and I guess I didn't think over my words and god I must've sounded like such an asshole." Yoongi felt the tears prick at his eyes again. "I offended him, it wasn't my intention at all– I don't know what to do. What do I do?"

Jimin smiled despite his boyfriend's predicament. He couldn't help but feel happy that Yoongi was confiding in him and asking him for advice like this. It made him want to pull him into his hold even closer, but he refrained from doing so. "The only thing you can do is talk to him, Yoongi."

He huffed. "Obviously, but I don't know how to approach him. He might not even want to talk to me." At that, Jimin laughed resulting in a not so friendly glare from Yoongi. "This isn't funny."

Jimin's gaze softened and he couldn't help but kiss the boy again. "Hyung, how old are you?" Yoongi was about to reply when Jimin pressed a finger to his lips, cutting him off. "This isn't high school, we're adults. If you want to talk to someone and straighten things out, you do so! I'm sure Hoseok wants to talk to you just as much as you do with him."

Yoongi scrunched up his nose. He didn't want to admit that the younger was right, but he was. He was being a coward, hiding instead of facing it head on– which was something he tended to do often, how mature of him.

"Stop being so scared, he's your best friend after all. Nothing has changed. It's just a misunderstanding." Jimin continued, rubbing circles on Yoongi's back and trying his best to comfort the boy.

Yoongi smiled, Jimin's words actually helping him gain confidence to talk to Hoseok. "I have to go see him." He began to pull away from the redhead, getting ready to stand up before he felt a hand around his wrist, pulling him back down.

"Do you see the time? It can wait until tomorrow." Jimin pointed out, motioning towards Yoongi's digital clock. It was almost midnight.

"I don't care how late it is, I need to say sorry." He tried to move away from him only to get pulled back again.

"He's with Taehyung right now."

Yoongi frowned, sitting up and crossing his arms. He wanted to get it over with right then and there, it hurt him so much knowing that he had hurt his best friend and he wanted to fix it immediately. "It's okay, I'll just wake his ass up, he'll be fine once we make up and-"

Jimin laughed, repeating his statement with a little more emphasis. "He's with Taehyung right now."

When it finally clicked in Yoongi's head, his mouth formed a small 'O' and he fell back into his bed with a deep sigh. "This sucks. It's just going to keep bugging me until I get to apologize, why did I have to be such an ass?"

"Don't be so hard on yourself hyung." Jimin grabbed his hand, kissing it as he intertwined their fingers.

"I can't help it." He groaned, the pout returning to his lips as he tilted his head to look at Jimin.

"Stop sulking and try to get your mind off of it for a bit." He squeezed his hand.

Yoongi half heartedly tried for a moment before letting out a breath he didn't know he was holding. "I can't." He complained.

Jimin hummed. "Well, I know of a few distractions." He said suggestively with a smirk plastered on his face.

Yoongi's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets and before he knew it, Jimin's lips were attached to his neck and his mind was definitely taken elsewhere.

"Ready for the next lesson, hyung?"
