Chapter twelve The Mysterious Message Along With It's Sender

Scarlet POV

We finally found them....Actually, I don't think that's them. Luffy sure does though. Might as well play along. If anything happens, we'll just..... Never mind. Anyway, we'll be just fine. I'm guessing those guys are.. Cosplaying? Just kidding, I'm guessing their trying to pretend to be us and failing but other people seem to believe it.

" So.... grandpa, where are we going?" I asked in my boy voice.

"Dunno" I face palmed. We walked through a crowd and I bumped into someone. I looked to the person, but there was no one there. Maybe it was just my imagination.

" Ryuu! Get me food!" Yelled Luffy. I sighed and looked through my bag for the food. I found the food and gave it to Luffy. I also found a piece of paper. I don't remember putting that in there...
I opened it to see that it was addressed to me. ' come to The Silver inn, we have something important to you' was written on the paper. Something important? What could it be?

" Granpa. I have to go do something. Are you okay by yourself?!"I shouted.

" Yup!" He shouted back.

" if anything happens, call me on the baby den den mushi!" I started running to The Silver inn. It was fairly close. I reach it in no time. I went in and saw Gil. He was cuffed with Kairōseki cuffs. He doesn't have devil fruit powers though... Never mind. What is he doing here anyway?

" Gil? What are you-" I was interrupted with a gun in my face. I looked to the holder to see the man I despise with my very being. I acted on instinct and blocked with my hand when he shot the bullet. I used my blood to get out the bullet. Dang it, it hurts. I went over to Gil with the key and unlocked the hand cuffs.

" What is the meaning of this? Mister Tenryubito?" I asked while looking to the red haired man. He was no longer my father and I will not address him as such. I made a knife out of blood as he stuttered to defend himself.

" I j-just wanted to-" I interrupted him by putting the knife to his neck." ....P-please don't kill me..!"

" And why shouldn't I?"

" .....I'll....! .....I-I'll t-tell you a-about your mother!" He screamed. " ..... H-her picture is over there!" He pointed to a framed picture of a blond women. She was beautiful.

" And? ...So?" I asked.

" U-umm... I-I..... I o-ordered... I o-ordered .... f-for her..t-to be e-executed...! She wasn't a Tenryubito so... s-so....I had to kill her! It was for you and me! If I didn't, you wouldn't have had the life I gave you!" He said with desperation as I just looked at him in disgust.

" You know what? Mister Tenryuubito? You're trash...!" I stabbed him in the chest and stabbed my knife into his throat to make sure he was dead. I walked over to the picture and took it out, smashing the picture frame to the ground.

" Scarlet....Are you okay....?" Gil asked.

" I'm perfectly fine. Why wouldn't I be?"

" You just... Killed your father..." he replied.

" ....He isn't my father anymore... He's the trash that killed my mom for selfish reasons" I spit out like I didn't even want to say the word ' Father'.

" RIINNGG RRRIIINNNGG" rang the baby den den mushi as I answered.

" Scarlet...!!! Meet us at Shakky's rip off bar!" Luffy shouted and I could hear explosion on the other end.

" Okay...? Luffy! What's happening?!" I asked.

" Well stuff" he said and hung up. I felt an irk mark form on my forehead.

"Scarlet?.... Umm... Calm down...?" He said, hoping I won't explode. I sighed.

" Well... let's get to Shakky's bar" So, we left the murder scene. We ran through the crowd of pirates trying to escape. Why? I'm pretty sure some people realized that there was a dead Tenryubito in the silver inn and there probably will be a buster call soon...

" BANG" I looked toward the explosion and saw Bartholomew Kuma flying at me. I know he can send people flying to a faraway place but I don't think he should be the one flying. Well whatever cuz I just fell off the cliff with Bartholomew Kuma. I closed my eyes, thinking how could I be so stupid? Is this how I'm gonna die? I tried to grab on to something and did before I reached the bottom. I opened my eyes again and saw that I was holding onto my red cape and the hood caught onto a branch.

" RIIIPP" went the cape as it ripped nearly in half and I nearly lost my grip. Down there is the ocean, if I fall, it's over for me.
