"Hi, can I get a grande Caramel Macchiato."
"I'd like a venti passion iced tea."
"Alright that'd be $8.96." The cashier said. I pulled out my money when a hand grabbed my wrist.
"I'll pay." Nathan smiled.

"No it's fine Nate, I got it." I said giving the cashier a $10. She gave me back the change and we found a seat.

"Come on dimples, I can pay. I'm the guy in supposed to anyways."
"Dimples? Where'd that name come from." I chuckled.
"Your dimples show everytime you smile. It's cute." He said pinching my cheeks.
"Okay, charming. I get it." I swatted his hand away, my cheeks heating up. I took my phone out and clicked on the dog filter. I put it in front of Nate and I.
"Smile." I said as Nate looked up from his phone and flashed an award winning smile. His teeth were perfectly aligned, but he never had braces. I took the picture and posted it to my story. I started getting tons of snapchats asking who it was, and how hot Nate was. Those ones made me laugh. I then heard my phone go off. It was a message from Jackson.

J- hey Luna, wanna hang today?

A smile crept on my face as I took another sip of my drink.

L- Uh sure, when?

J- Wanna meet at the park in 45 minutes?

L- Kk cya there.

J- Bye Love💕

I put my phone down and looked over at Nate, who rolled his eyes at me. Was he seriously reading my messages?
"What?" I asked, my eyes glaring at him.
"Nothing." He said, faking a stupid smile and his expression turned back to a frown. Alright then...

Once I was done with my drink, I got up.
"Uh, I gotta go. I'll see you later? Thanks for the drink by the way." I smiled.
"Okay. No problem." He said getting up as well and throwing away the drinks.

I hopped off my longboard and kicked it up to my reach, my hand grasped it. I spotted Jackson sitting on a bench with his phone in his hand. Probably tweeting his fans or something. I jogged over to him, sitting myself down beside him. He looked up and noticed he had a smile on his face.
"Hey." I smiled back.
"Hey."
I looked around seeing little kids playing on the playground.
"I've been meaning to talk to you about us." He brought up.
"Uh, okay. What did you want to talk about?"
"Look, I'm sorry about before. I should've told you it was a dare to ask you out, and I shouldn't have cheated on you with another girl. I'm really sorry Luna, and I want you back more than anything. I was so stupid."
I kept my eyes attached to the ground. I didn't want to make eye contact. I don't want to say anything.
"Luna?" He asked grabbing my hands. His eyes filled his hurt and worry. His eyebrows arched in a way that you can sense it's sad.

"I-I don't know Jackson. You're a great guy but I don't know if we should get back together. Maybe it's best if we stay friends." I said rubbing small circles on his hand.
"I knew I shouldn't have said anything goddammit." He sighed angrily, pulling at the roots of his hair. "I'm sorry I put you through so much pain Luna. I truly am."
I placed my hands on his face, along his jawline.
"Jackson, I admit I do still have feelings for you."
"So you'd go out with me?" He said getting excited.
"Sure Jackson." I laughed.
