After talking to Rin, and going to Whale-Mart with Near I decided to go home. I stopped at the arcade on my way home. I was there for about an hour. Then I finally went home to Mello. I stopped at the door of my apartment. Something didn't feel right. I waited a moment before opening the door. "Meeeeeeeeeello?" I asked as I walked in. Mello was nowhere to be seen. "Huh....." I said before throwing my bag down. "Eh, he probably ran out of chocolate and went to get more, it's fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine........" I thought to myself. No, he would have called. Something's going on and I don't like it.... What if someone broke in!? What if someone killed him!? What if he was kidnapped!?
