Another Life

The first day of school

Zoey's alarm wakes me up. 5:30! Who wakes up at 5:30! I dramatically fall back onto my bed.

"Sofie come on get up," Zoey says.

"5 more minutes then I want another 20," I say. Zoey snickers, oh know that isn't good. Next think I know Zoey pulled me on the floor.

"Zoey!" I yell.

"Well your be late if you don't get up," She says laughing walking to the bathroom.

"No! You only wanted to pull me off the bed!" I say smiling.

"Maybe I did maybe I didn't," She says. I laugh and push her alittle she laughs too. I quickly take a shower, brush my hair, and I decided to braid my hair today which it goes over my shoulder. Zoey straightens her hair and leaves it down. I put on a shirt and some jeans and leave.

We go to Starbucks only to get cake pops because everything else is disgusting. Zoey and I agree and we also went to McDonald's. Zoey got a breakfast burrito her favorite. I got pancakes. It doesn't take us long to eat it. Then we are off to school. Zoey can tell I'm nervous.

"You don't need to be so nervous you know. Your be fine," She says.

"I hope your right," I say. We pull up to the school. The school is old. This is the only high school they have in this town. It's a small town. So every high schooler is here. There is a lot of them. We walk in me and Zoey go to get my schedule. Then she walks me to math which is my first class.

"Bye Zo. I'll see you at lunch," I say. I wave and she waves back. I take a deep breath and walk in. Just as I walk in the bell rings.

"Students good morning. Today we have a new student. This is sofie," Mr. Dale says. I look around the room then I freeze. So much for a new start.
