Chapter 2 Part 2

"Nikki tu yahan? Miss Bose abhi take nahin aayi? ", Dev asked.
"Aayi na, Kitchen me in Kich Bhaiya be saath kuch baat kar rahe the", she replied.
"Acha tu chal college ke lite late nahin ho rahi? ", Dev asked which made Nikki storm off and leave.

*scene shift*
"Sonakshi aaj mein ek official date pe Lena chahta hoon . 8:30 tak ready ho jaana", Dev whispers in her ear from the back. Sonakshi gets scared then realizes that it's Dev who was talking to her.
"Ae bengalan jaldi se jiji ke liye nashta taiyar kar", Radharani says.
"Ji", Sona mumbles, then smiles at Dev, saying she will be ready.

*scene shift!* It's 8:50 and Sonakshi is waiting impatiently at the doorsteps for Dev.
Dev aap kahan reh gaye. Aapne 8:30 ko taiyar hone ke liye bola tha par ab 8:50 ho chuka hai aur aap ab tak aaye nahin Sonakshi thinks to herself.

Meanwhile, Dev is stuck in a meeting and is pretty sure Sonakshi would be mad. But she would understand right? I mean it's the biggest deal that had come after the Gujral's deal. It's not his fault that they had come over without any notice.
It was 11:30 now and Dev started to leave, thinking that sonakshi would have left and that he would call and apologize the first thing tomorrow.
But when he reached home, what he saw surprised him. The Miss Sonakshi Bose was sitting at his doorstep. He glanced at the watchman angrily. He shrugged as if to say I tried telling her, but she wouldn't move from there.
As Dev came forward, Sonakshi rushed to hug him but then stopped, realizing that it's 11:30 and he made me wait 3 hrs. Calmly she asked,
"Mr. Dixit aap late hain. Kya mein jaan sakti hoon kyun? ", she asked.
Dev, who was angry since the deal had been canceled, took out all his anger on her.
"Yes sonakshi I'm late. Kyun koi aadmi late nahin aa sakta? Kya aap itne great hain ki aapke lite mein apni saari meetings aur appointments cancel karke is date pe aaun? Aap kya sunna chahti hain? Ki that maine bhool ki hai aur mein aapko apologize maroon? ", Dev asked.
"Mr. Dixit, agar aap nahin aa sakte toh aap call ya phir message kar dete ki aap nahin aa sakte ", Sonakshi asked, controlling her anger.
"Miss Bose maine aapko message kiya tha. It's not my fault agar aap apni messages nahin padte ", he replied.
Sonakshi, held out her phone which was in her hand, waiting for his message or call.
"Dekhiye Mr Dixit, No calls and No messages, " she said.
Dev who was now really angry and furious threw her phone, on the concrete floor which made the phone shatter and break into pieces.
"Now r u happy Miss Bose? Ab aap yahan rukiye. Mein apne saman kamre mein rakhke aata hoon. Bahut der ho chuki hei, and it's not safe", he said and walked inside his room. Then ran down the stairs to drop her home. What he saw made him get more angry on her. She had left.
Now what neither of them knew was that Dev's sister, Nikki, was watching all these from a distance. Then suddenly something clicked in her mind. How can I not know abt them? So many clues kitne sare ishare. Ab aapne kya kar diya bhaiya. Sona di kitni patience ke saath apse baat kar rahi thi. Aur apne kya kiya? Unka phone Tod diya? Woh phone Jo unhone unke ghar jaake diya!
Before Nikki could go and tell something, Dev had already left in his car, making Nikki wonder where he was going. She then decided that she would talk to Dev and Sonakshi in the morning tomorrow.

Dev slowed down his car as he saw Sonakshi walking, and crying terribly.
