Part 13

As Dev got more closer to her, they heard a knock on the door. Sonakshi laughed at Dev's angry face as she was heading towards the door. Dev stopped her, telling her that it was night and unsafe. When dev opened the door, he saw an old man that he had seen from the group earlier, at their door.
"Yes, did you need something", Dev asked
"I have good news for you my son. An old guide came here and he knows his way all around this place. He has come to visit us, and we asked him to take you and your beautiful wife back to your hotel", said the old man. Dev got really happy, and told the old man, that they will be there in a minute. As soon as he closed the door, he rushed to Sonakshi and gave her a tight hug. Sonakshi was clueless.
"Dev who was the person", she asked, confused at his face.
"He came to told us we can go back!" He said happily, as he got their phones and grabbed Sonakshi's hand and led her out the small house.
When they reached the place, everyone had gathered around to wish the young couple a good journey on their way back to their hotel. Sonakshi got emotional, seeing their respect for her. She went ahead and gave everyone a hug, while receiving a warm one back with 'Safe journey'.... 'Have a good night'.... and many more.
She got back with Dev, and they all bid everyone a farewell while walking behind the guide. Dev sat in the passenger seat, while Sona sat alone in the back. They both, unable to resist being in each other's arms, passed cute eye locks along the way. The guide feeling awkward, tried to start a conversation with Dev. Sonakshi muted them out since they were talking about business and she had no clue about it. It was around 11 P. M. when they arrived back at their hotel. The couple didn't bother talking with the clerk at the desk; just asking for their room keys. They went to their room and Sonakshi went into the bathroom to change, while Dev just took of his top with his inner, wanting Sonakshi to drool over him. However, being married for over 2 years, Sonakshi came out and took a glance at Dev when he wasn't watching her. Sonakshi fighted the urge to put her hands on his chest. She instead, took out her jewellery and went straight to the bed, covering the duvet over her, not wanting to drool over him. Dev felt shocked that she had resisted the urge to touch and drool over him. For once, being tired, he still kept his head on the same pillow as her, and hugged her around the waist from behind, putting his face in the crook of her neck, before realising that she had dozed off to sleep. Dev gave her a soft kiss, and dozed off too.

Ishwari tensed in her room, thinking when Dev would call her. It had been over two days, and dev hadn't gave her a call. Taking this advantage, GKB came started putting false thoughts.
"Hae Jiji dekhio is Bangalan Ko. Pehle aapse usne apka Dev chin lia, air voh kaafi nahi tha jo use kahin door le ja kar aapke Dev Ko ek call bhi nahin karne de rahi hai", she said.
Ishwari tried to deny it, but she couldn't, it was hard for her to not to think about it. GKB got happy seeing her plan working and added more fuel. She told Ishwari her plan, on how to make Dev come back for sure, and Ishwari wasn't a bit hesitant to do it.

Dev woke up to the ringtone of his phone. He wondered who would be calling at this early in the morning. It was 6 A. M and everyone was asleep, sleeping peacefully. He saw it was Ishwari, and wondered why she would be calling.
"Haan maa boliye. Itni Subah call kar rahi hein....", He asked
"Arey Beta, mein kya karoon, jiji Ka toh accident ho Gaya. Mujhe laga tujhe batana chahiye", Radha Rani said, faking the sadness.
"Kya Maa Ka accident? Kahan?", he said, freaking out.
"Arey ghar par, voh behosh ho gayi or uska tabiat thik nahi hai", she said.
Dev realised the accident she was talking about. Even tho she fainted, he was scared and booked tickets for their return trip. Sonakshi had woken up due to the commotion. She was clueless about what had happened, and Dev only told her to pack everything up, we're leaving. Sonakshi stared at him in shock as she had made plans for today. She tried to say something but Dev cut her off and went in the washroom to get freshed. Sonakshi, deciding not to create an argument listened to him and packed up everything they got and was ready to leave. Dev came out and saw her sitting on the bed with a sad face, thinking about something. He side hugged her and apologized but she was in no mood to listen. She had called a taxi and told him to hurry up or else they'll miss their ride. During their flight, she uttered no word to him and didn't show any affection, and to avoid a conversation, she dozed off, leaving Dev mad at himself for being the cause of his wife's sadness.
