Part 8

They walked to the check in table and Dev spoke "Room reserved for Mr and Mrs Dixit, the honeymoon suite" Dev winked at Sonakshi and she gave back a cheeky smile and she grabbed his waist. He was amazed but controlling himself for later. He looked at Sonakshi and gave her a cheeky look. "Yes your room is reserved here are your keys your room is on the top floor, it's the only room there with view over the beach and greenery, you also have a balcony with a personal swimming pool, would you like anything else?"  Dev shook his head and grabbed Sonakshi quickly and sped to the lift. They left the luggage there for the servant to take to their room and Dev quickly dragged Sonakshi to the lift. "Dev cant you walk slowly?" Sonakshi was wondering why Dev was going so fast. He quickly opened the lift and was waiting for it to come down any second. What was his plan? Sonakshi was looking at him with a confused face. The lift finally arrived and Dev pulled Sonakshi so she landed on his chest. "Dev what are you doing?" Sonakshi asked still confused.
"Just returning what you did at the check out!" Dev smiled at her mesmerising in her eyes. He slowly kissed her neck and whispered in her ear "You are the prettiest girl I have ever laid eyes on, I am so lucky to have you as my wife" Sonakshi giggled at his words and a tingle of happiness rushed through her. Her heartbeat rose as he pushed her closer to his chest and he continued to kiss her neck slowly. She fidgeted and got away but he pulled her back. She looked into his eyes and wanted to give something back in return, something that would make him go all crazy. She thought of what to do and she leant forward towards his lips she kissed his lips and they shared a passionate kiss together. Dev was speechless he had never seen Sonakshi like this before. She looked down ashamed and Dev teased her "Wow Mrs Dixit where did you learn all this from? I'm sure you must have had a husband before me as well?!" She punched his stomach hard and he gave in
"Sorry baby every time you're near me you just make me go all bekaboo" Dev went in for another kiss but the lift had reached the top floor. He whispered "Damn it" she laughed at his comment and walked out. She had the key in her hand and she was just about to open the door when there was a tap on her shoulder. "What now Dev?" Sonakshi got a bit annoyed.
"Erm Maam let me do the honours" Without a reply he picked her up in his hands.
"Dev what are you doing? Someone will see us, you're being too naughty" Sonakshi was scared.
"I'm carrying my wife into our room, and Mrs Dixit what you did to Mr Dixit in the lift wasn't anything more than this in fact it was worse if the family find out that Mrs Dixit has been passionately kissing the Dixit's son then what will happen?" Dev teased Sonakshi more. She hit his chest and then sunk her head and laid her head on his chest.
"Why do you always make me guilty? You always find ways to prove me wrong, your such a naughty boy Mr Dixit I will deal with you later" Sonakshi stuck her tongue out and they entered their honey suite. It was beautiful, there were white curtains swaying at the wind with a beautiful view of the white scalped beaches with the blue sea complementing with it well. There was a gentle breeze on the balcony which made Sonakshi feel free. On the balcony there was a Jacuzzi and a small dining area, viewing the sea front. Sonakshi walked onto the balcony and opened her arms she spun around as she enjoyed the breeze that hit her face. Dev crept behind her and hugged her from behind. "So Mrs Dixit are you enjoying our honeymoon do you like it?" Dev placed his head on her shoulder and smiled at her. "It's beautiful Dev I have never seen anything like this before, its magical everything about this place is perfect it seems like another world! Thank you Dev you are the best husband in the world" Sonakshi was really happy and had a big smile on her face. Dev smiled at her as he was happy that Sonakshi liked the place "Good I wasn't sure you would like it, and yes I am the best ever husband anyone could wish for" Dev teased Sonakshi a bit more but she was happy.
"Dev there is no place I hate in the world as long as you're with me, my world is complete with you, Dev there's no need to get big headed is there!" Sonakshi got one back and Dev frowned and he pinched her arm gently. "Dev!!! That hurt!" He ran away from here into the bedroom and Sonakshi chased after him to try and get him back they chased each other like cat and mouse throughout the whole room. Sonakshi kept shouting his name but he kept on going like a train. Dev got near his bed and he lost his balance he fell back onto the bed and Sonakshi fell on him as she kept on going. She fell on his chest and Dev pulled her closer to him, "Sonakshi, I'm sorry!" Dev pulled an innocent face and Sonakshi punched his chest a couple of times and then fell into his arms. "I love you Dev" Sonakshi spoke lovingly forgiving him easily as she can't hold a grudge against him for long. They hugged each other and Dev kissed her cheek gently. They both stood up and smiled at each other. "Sonakshi lets go and eat at the restaurant downstairs we haven't seen anywhere else and from tomorrow we can go to different restaurants because I'm really hungry" Dev held Sonakshi's shoulders and she smiled and nodded "Let us get fresh first and get changed"  Sonakshi and Dev both walked towards the bathroom door and bumped into each other. They shared an eye lock and Dev laughed "Why don't we go together?" Dev winked at Sonakshi and she hit him.
"You'll never change Mr Dixit" Sonakshi smirked at him and shook her head in disappointment. She opened the door and Dev still followed keeping no shame in mind "Dev! Go and wait on the bed! You can't come in" Dev was disappointed as his naughty plan was not approved off. He sat on the bed and thought "I will get in with her one day, maybe tomorrow; she won't even know when I'm in there with her!" Dev smiled to himself. Sonakshi spent around 20 minutes in the shower whilst Dev was on his laptop. She walked out of the bathroom in a pair of short jeans and a turquoise top she looked beautiful she had her hair wet and Dev's attention was caught on her appearance straight away. He looked up and was gobsmacked. She looked like a beautiful Mumbai girl. He pushed his laptop away and kept staring at her. "Dev is this okay? I think I look weird in it, I've never worn anything like it before!" Sonakshi was worried that she looked odd and kept adjusting herself Dev kept staring at her and had the biggest smile on her face. He walked up to her and whispered in her ear "You look very sexy Mrs Dixit!" he sneakily kissed her cheek and held her cheek and went in for another kiss on her lips. But Sonakshi flung her wet hair and it hit his face like a splash of water. His face had droplets of water that trickled down his face and he was mesmerised by her beauty. Sonakshi realised this and laughed. She grabbed a towel and got very close to him and wiped his face he closed his eyes whilst she did it and smiled. She shook her head and walked away. He grabbed her hand and pulled her at his chest and grabbed her waist. "Mrs Dixit you look hot today, I can't take you anywhere otherwise everyone will keep staring at you and your beauty, what shall I do?"  Dev was admiring her beauty close up and he kissed her neck gently.
"Don't worry Dev I'm yours and yours only" Sonakshi spoke in the same position and touched her nose with his and tried to get away. "Now Dev go for a bath, otherwise you will smell in the restaurant" Sonakshi laughed and Dev picked his towel up and stormed into the bathroom.  Sonakshi quickly opened the suitcase and started emptying it and putting it in the wardrobe as her hair dried once she had done that she quickly dried her hair with a hair dryer and combed it and Dev walked out of the bedroom dressed. He was wearing jeans and a Ralph Lauren t shirt Sonakshi liked Dev's new style and was looking at him through the mirror lovingly. Sonakshi quickly wore her heels and she stood up ready with her purse. "Dev lets go!" Dev nodded and put his wallet in his pocket. They held hands and went down the lift together quietly. As the lift was going down Dev laughed at Sonakshi and remembered what she did to him when they got here. She was pulling random faces at Dev and Sonakshi was a bit tense at this. She didn't say anything and they entered the restaurant. It was a restaurant which sold Indian, African, Chinese and Italian food. There were big chandeliers and gorgeously arranged tables. It was very posh and exquisitely arranged. Sonakshi had a big smile on her face as she spotted a dance floor. The waiter took them to a table and Dev pulled out Sonakshi's chair like a gentleman and she sat her down. They both looked into each other's eyes and held hands on the table.

I'm sorry guys for late updates. Been really busy with the first week of school. Btw thq all for the amazing comments and fast votes!
And there we're a few questions abt Anya. While I was writing my story, I wrote it thinking of my friends relationship, so I guess I accidently wrote Anya 😓. Just change it to devakshi while reading it!
Really sad with the tv show since they broke up 😭 I literally cried
