Part 10

They walked into the reception and then up into the lift. Sonakshi and Dev felt tired and they just wanted to get to sleep. Dev jumped onto the bed and closed his eyes. "Sonakshi come to bed with me!" Dev held his arms open for her to just dive into them. She smiled at her cute husband and said "Dev, I will be with you in a minute I just need to go and get changed these heels are annoying me" Sonakshi rushed into the bathroom and changed into her night gown. She walked out of the room in a yellow night gown. The door clicked and Dev's eyes bulged open. He saw Sonakshi in the night gown that was given to her by Nikki! He was speechless his eyes were drawn to her and he didn't even blink because he didn't want to miss looking at her for even a second. She walked into bed and Dev got real close to her. He pecked her on the cheek and whispered into her ear "You look hot!" Sonakshi giggled back and Dev was amazed at her. He had never ever felt that Sonakshi would wear things like this even if we were alone. He gazed into Sonakshi's big eyes and kissed her forehead. "What was that for Dev?" Sonakshi asked sweetly. They both shared an eye lock and Dev spoke "It's for loving me more than anything in this world, for choosing to be my Jeevan Saathi" Dev and Sonakshi hugged each other and Krpkab theme song played in the BG. Sonakshi kissed Dev on the cheek she spoke "No matter what happens I will always love you and I will always be by your side as your wife! I am also glad that god has given me such a husband that never lets any sadness come near me, but just shower me with every happiness!" they shared a beautiful eye lock and lay in each other's arms. They fell asleep thinking about each other and Sonakshi lay in Dev's arms like a baby. The sunshine rose beautifully over the horizon and Dev and Sonakshi were enjoying their morning tea mesmerising the sun lift slowly. They cuddled and enjoyed every moment of peace that they could see around. "Sonakshi today we are going to spend the whole day on the beach remember we won the dance competition?" Dev and Sonakshi pictured back to that very dance, how they were free on that dance floor and they fell in love all over again. "I know Dev, but what are we gunna do sitting on the beach all day" Sonakshi asked Dev.
"We can do so much on the beach, I have many surprises up my sleeve and they will be disclosed once we reach there" Dev gave Sonakshi a cute look. They decided to get dressed quickly and Sonakshi decided to wear her denim shorts and a white vest top. She had her hair down as usual and she looked like a western girl from London. Dev wore combats and a red Ralph Lauren t shirt they complemented each other well. They walked outside and got the driver to take them to the beach as this one was a bit further away from the hotel. It was called Sugar Beach Resort. Dev had made a few extra costs as they were going to stay in a honeymoon hut which had been decorated by Dev as he wanted it to be special. They had the whole beach reserved for them in the evening so they could do what they want. Dev was thinking to himself in the car, what shall we do first? Should we go jet skiing, yachting or parasailing? He held Sonakshi's hand and smiled at her. They reached the beach and it was completely different to the beach they went to yesterday. It was golden beaches swerved for miles and miles the sea was a strong blue which caught people's eyes. The beach was packed with people of all ages. Some sun bathed, some walked and mesmerised the beautiful views and some were playing beach volleyball. "Sonakshi lets play volleyball, it will be fun!" Dev pulled Sonakshi to the big game that was being played. "Can we play against each other on a different net we don't know these people?" Dev nodded and they moved to another net. Dev punched the ball to Sonakshi and she did it back. She loved volleyball and was really good at it. Dev was amazed that she was so good at it. They enjoyed a game and Sonakshi won as she was on the team at her college. They continued to play for a few hours and they both got tired. "Dev that was so fun, I'm so tired" Sonakshi held Dev's shoulder and squatted down as she was out of breath. Dev picked her up in his arms. Dev's hands trickled down her bare legs and she smiled at Dev. She let herself free and swayed backwards. Sonakshi's hair brushed Dev's face and he tried to move it away from his face. He smelt the scent of her shampoo and he decided to keep it there. Sonakshi saw it and she moved it away from his face. She slowly brushed his face with her delicate hands and he peeked through her hands to see her face. Her beauty that was hidden from him for a few minutes, her every touch bought a bigger smile on his face and finally his face was clear to look at her beautiful face all day. "Sonakshi, do you want to go boat riding this way we can rest and still enjoy the beach?" Dev kept looking at her and studying her beauty. "Yeah that's a good idea, let's go" Dev let her down not wanting too, and held her hand to gain the same feeling as her being in his arms. They wore their safety jackets and sat in the boat as the driver rowed the boat. They sat close to each other and hugged tightly, their hands were grasped around each other's waists and they sailed deep into the blue sea ahead of them. They felt so far away from the actual beach. Sonakshi stood up and spun around feeling free. Dev grabbed her from behind and hugged her they both enjoyed the views of the greenery that they were surrounded by. Everything was just perfect, meant to be and they both fitted into the perfect place as they were meant to be in each other's arms. They sailed the boat back to the beach and they got off feeling fresh and with a burst of energy. They walked down the rest of the beach to find jet skis. "Dev let's go on this, we can go on one together" Sonakshi got really excited. She had never been on one herself but had heard that they are so fun. Dev agreed and they got on one together. Dev was at the front and Sonakshi was behind him it was like a motorbike but on water. Both were super excited to get on and just go into the sea with no fear. For once Sonakshi wasn't scared at all she just wanted to be free like a bird. She hugged Dev from the back and held his waist firmly. Dev was enjoying this secretly. The instructor decided to let them go and Dev sped ahead. There was a rush that they both felt and Dev was smiling. "Wooo!!" Sonakshi was cheering loudly and Dev was so happy. They laughed as they fled through the water with no fear. The wind brushed through their hair and hit their face like a hurricane. "Are you enjoying yourself Sonakshi?" Dev had to shout as Sonakshi couldn't hear him due to the engine. "Yes Dev, completely it's just too good! I wish I could do this every day!" Sonakshi hugged Dev tightly to let him know she is enjoying herself. "Sonakshi you have become a lioness all of a sudden, are you sure this is my Sonakshi?" Sonakshi giggled and slapped Dev's back. She paused and said "What sort of a question is that Mr. Dixit? Can't I be different or do I still have to stay innocent?" Dev laughed and wanted to turn around and hug his one and only khargosh but he had to pay attention to his driving on the water. Dev accelerated and this woo Sonakshi she felt the push and got closer to Dev's back. He spun in different directions which scared Sonakshi a bit and Dev wanted her to become as close as possible and he achieved it. She was extremely close to him. She planted her head on Dev's back. Dev decided that was enough and reversed back to bay. They reached back at the start again and they were a bit wet, from being in the water. "That was amazing, Dev we should do this again sometime!" Sonakshi was happy and linked Dev's arm. The sunset was about to go down and Dev and Sonakshi called it a day of beach activities. The beach started to clear and now it was time for the real plan that Dev had made for his beloved. They linked arms and walked down to the end of the beach . "Sonakshi I have a big surprise awaiting for you on this beach" Sonakshi looked at him confused and bewildered by his thoughts. Dev blindfolded Sonakshi's eyes and he held her shoulders. "Dev where are you taking me?" Dev remained quiet and he directed her in the right direction. There was a small stone sculptured pavement and on that were white curtains swaying around it with little candles and lights around the path. There was a white round table with red napkins, candles and exquisite cutlery. It looked stunning. There were red heart balloons floating around on the floor. Dev led Sonakshi up on the small steps and there was soothing music playing in the background. Dev took the blindfold off Sonakshi's eyes and she opened them. She slowly opened them and saw a beautiful setting in front of her. She was speechless. She looked at Dev and she smiled happily "You did all this for me!" Dev nodded and they hugged. "Thanks so much for all this Dev you are truly the best husband in the world!" Sonakshi kissed both of Dev's cheeks. Dev pointed towards his lips and Sonakshi looked down and something triggered her lips to find Dev's and she pecked him on the lips. It was a sweet and sincere kiss. Dev pulled the chair out for Sonakshi and they both sat down "Dev how did you arrange all of this? You don't know anyone!" Sonakshi asked as she was amazed at the preparations. "Don't ask it's a long story, I'll make anything happen for you!" He kissed her hand gently and she blushed. The waiter came along with all different dishes and they tried a bit of everything. The dinner was simple and totally romantic. The music was turned louder at Dev's signal the waiter left and Dev stood up from his seat "Would you like a dance Ma'am?" She was amazed and held Dev's hand lightly. They danced away casually to a soothing song and they gazed into each other's eyes deeply. Both of their eyes showed how much they loved each other. After finishing dinner, Dev spoke again "Sonakshi that was my first surprise for you and now I have a second one" Dev smiled at her and mesmerised her smile. "What! Dev look this is not fair this many surprises for me you're spoiling me!" Dev held Sonakshi's lips and shook his head. "You deserve this Sonakshi, my next surprise is most definitely needed we never experienced this next surprise at the right time so we are going to do it now!" Sonakshi was confused. There was something he couldn't achieve in Mumbai that was probably the most awaited moment in his and her life... their Suhaag Raat. They never did enjoy the Suhaag Raat as they were too tired. He remembered back to what happened, Radha Rani making Sonakshi do all the rasam. He clinched his fist at his Mami and wish she hadn't have done that. But he was determined that nothing would get in the way today. "Sonakshi follow me and I'll take you to your surprise. She quietly followed looking at Dev and thinking about how lucky she is. They ended up in front of their honeymoon hut. Sonakshi looked at it and was shocked. She thought to herself what could this be. Dev opened the door and it was a dark room but with little lights. He switched on the dimmed light and told her to step in front. She entered the room and looked around. There were candle lights surrounded around the edges of the room. She was amazed. She then looked at the bed which was decorated with flowers just like when you have your Suhagraat. She now understood Dev's idea as she turned around Dev let go of a string and then without a flinch. Rose petals fell on Sonakshi's head she had a big wide smile on her face. She spun around in them as they planted around her. Dev looked at her lovingly and enjoyed her smiling away. She ran into his arms. She hugged him tightly around the waist and had a tear roll down her face "Why are you crying,Ms.Khargosh? This is a happy moment!" Dev cupped her face. "These are tears of happiness Dev; I am the world's most luckiest girl!" Sonakshi laid her head on Dev's chest. She looked around and saw pictures of them together. There was a picture of her and Dev when they did their first project together and Dev took pictures of her, pictures of her and Dev at the picnic, the 70's party and last but not least their wedding picture. This made Sonakshi happy and she hugged Dev again. Dev kissed both her cheeks and as Dev kissed her face gently she closed her eyes and Dev waited for a response from her. She kissed Dev's cheeks as well and he enjoyed it. They kept stepping back and ended on a wall. Dev finally reached her lips and he passionately grabbed them. Her hands and legs had goose bumps as different sensations hit her and she was going all funny inside. She held Dev's waist and moved her way up and held a firm grip on her back. She caressed his back as they kept kissing. They took a breath in between but Sonakshi pulled him closer to her she continued to kiss Dev more and more. He enjoyed her taking control of his lips. She looked at Dev closely and smiled at him deeply. They hugged against the wall aggressively and the wind blew through the window which brushed Sonakshi's hair over them and they shared a quick kiss secretly. Dev lifted Sonakshi and she lay comfortably once again in his strong safe hands. They shared an eyelock and Dev laid her on the bed. He felt like he was on cloud nine. He had accomplished what he wanted to do since the day they were married. Dev lay on Sonakshi and kissed her lips again. Sonakshi didn't hesitate at all and didn't stop her husband. He slowly kissed her neck and she fidgeted at every touch it was tickling her but every tickle tormented her to get closer to him, to love him. Sonakshi helped Dev take off his t shirt. Dev planted his lips from where he had stopped and Sonakshi's hands crept up his back gently. He kissed her way down her body and took her vest top off. He teased her and this made her go wild she didn't want him to stop at all. She made sure he didn't stop and brushed her hand through his hair to tell him to continue. The heat increased as they were so close to each other it was magical what they were doing. They were experiencing there love again and again. Sonakshi moaned as Dev caressed her soft body with passionate kisses. She felt like a woman today, a woman who had experienced the love from her husband. They swapped positions and Sonakshi was on top of Dev she moved her hands across his muscular chest and kissed her way down. She got to a point where Dev was speechless. Dev took over and he pulled the blanket over them. They fidgeted all night and made love. This was the Suhagraat that they both dreamed off. Taking their love to the next level, they lived their dream and it was a special night for the both of them as they were bought closer and closer that they could never be inseparable.
