Last night was like me and Adrian forgot what was around us, and forgot about our past, or future or anything else that had worried us that day. We, how do you say, lived in the moment. No lets get on with what's happening right now before I become too cheesy or cliché .

As I dragged myself out of bed, my thoughts wandered to the crossing lady. Would we see her today? What could she say to us this time? The crossing lady's' words echoed in my head:

"I'm definitely not the kidnapper, but I saw something that might be of use to you, and I'll help" Or something like that.

Something was missing when I got to school. Everything seemed so eerily quiet. That, of course was because Taylor and her bubbly and bright personality wasn't present.

"There's been another dissapearance." Adrian said glumly. We were at the cafeteria, at Lunch as Adrian had arrived at school late.

"What- okay first things first, who was it?" I whispered harshly.

"No-one I've ever met before. Some Nicole girl. the kidnapper won't stop at anything, will he.... or she?"

"It better stop soon" I scoffed as the bell rang. "What do they even want?"

"I have no clue. See you at the crossing lady's' post. I really hope she's there today. We haven't done much." I said to Adrian as we parted ways back to class.

We managed to hide without getting caught this time. I needed to get this sneaky business finished other wise we'd soon get caught.

The crossing lady snickered at us.

"You guys just won't let this go, would you?" She spoke.

"You were saying something last week. May you proceed? " Her hollow eyes brightened up as if remembering something.

"Oh yes. I have a couple of things to say. Firstly, that time a last saw Ryan, he wasn't walking home. He got picked up by a car in the middle of the street."

"Did you see who it was? " I asked.

"No, I just saw the back of a girl's head. It was long hair, with a slight curl. Oh and it was like an auburn red. Ryan looked eager to get in the car."

She paused a moment as if to let us process the information. Taylor had red hair. It couldn't be.....

"But the car dropped something behind. Wait...." She went through her bag and came across a crumpled up piece of paper. She passed out over.

" Its got an address on it," I declared. "It says, 80 Smith's way. That's not far away from here." Adrian looked a tad bit confused.

"Its near my bus stop. We could get there soon."

He shrugged. "Let's get on our way"
