"I can't believe we're back." I feel like crying as I walk into the house where James captured me, heart and soul. The place where we fell in love, and the place where we made love for the first time.
"Well, we're back." He smiles at me. "I have one more surprise.." He grabs my hands.
We both take a deep breath, and he reaches into his pocket, pulling something out.
I hear the jingle of some keys, and as I open my eyes, He has some keys with a little palm tree keychain holding them all together.
"What is this?" I smile, confused.
"I bought this house. Well, Island." He corrects himself. My eyes widen.
"What?!" I scream, clearly very shocked.
"I bought it.. For us." He says like if it were no big deal. It's a huge deal! "For us to live here for good."
"How much did all of this cost?! You didn't have to.." I answer truthfully, I love him and I don't need this house to feel loved.
"Baby, I have money. Okay? This was like 1% of the money I have.. Maybe even less than that.. So just calm down." He caresses my cheek.
"Okay." Is all I say.
"Don't you like it here?" He asks.
"I love it here, but I don't want you going out doing crazy things for me." I tell him.
"It's for us. For what someday will be our family." He kisses my cheek as he speaks on my neck.
"Okay." I get distracted by what he's doing way too quickly.
"It's not that late.. Wanna go swimming?" He asks me, separating himself from my body.
"Sure," I'm a little shook up from him, so I don't know what else to say.
I go into our room, and see that everything is the way we left it.
I change into any swimsuit as fast as I can and head outside, where the sun will probably set in a few hours.
I jump into the pool, and head over to James, clinging myself onto him. He knows how to swim so this helps me out.
"What about the apartment? Who will live there?" I ask him, while I wipe the water from my eyes.
"That's for when we decide we want to go back to visit my mom and your parents." He doesn't stutter with the word 'parents'.
"So.. This is our new home? We live here now?" I smile. I still can't believe it.
"Yes. This is where our lives will be." He plants a kiss on my lips.
"But, what about when we have kids? There are no schools here.." I begin seeing some of the flaws of this whole thing.
"We can pay a teacher to come here. She'll live here. Mica will come every once in a while as well." He answers my question.
"And what if.." I drift off, trying to find something for him to answer, but everything is perfect. Looks like he has everything planned.
"Calm down baby, everything will be perfect."
"Okay." I take a deep breath.
We begin swimming and I laugh as James tells me jokes that are actually funny.
"I've been practicing my jokes." He tells me.
"I can tell." I continue laughing.
"Let's go eat?" He asks me. I'm really hungry. I haven't eaten in at least 10 hours.
