Well, its been a few days since Christmas, and Brooklyn had said that she had gotten a one hundred dollar visa from her mom, and she seemed happy, but not very enthusiastic.

She had said that her mom said that she'd be in California for a while, and that she just wanted some extra time with her. Anyway, I was in Cabin five, and I was talking to three of my friends. James was the first person I had met in cabin five.

He had blond, shaggy hair, and brown eyes. He was your classic sports guy. He loves sports with a deep passion, while I on the other hand only care about one sport, and that's track and field. What? I'm on the coed track team with Brooklyn.

My second friend in cabin five was Peter. He was extremely tall, and had the ego to match. He had a famous smirk, but had a kind heart, and besides me, he was very popular with the ladies. The ladies find him attractive because of his freckles, his ginger hair, and his oddly famous violet eyes.

The third friend I made in this very cabin goes by the name of Randal. Sometimes he slips into his natural Bulgarian accent, and sometimes he doesn't speak english at all.  He had short black hair, and was very buff for his age.

He had chocolate brown eyes, and had a habit of using his hands when he talked. I guess it's a European thing, since she's french, irish, german, and italian, and she does it a lot, and believe me when I say a lot.

Anyway, James, Peter, and Randal and I were talking, when Randal brought up the subject, of the talent show. "Are you going to try out with the little one?" He asked, his Bulgarian accent showing.

I shrugged. "A. By the little one, I'm assuming you mean Brooklyn, right?" Randal nodded. "B. I'm going to ask her if she is first, then I'll ask if she wants to do the show with me." James smiled. "So man, have you actually heard Brook sing?" He asked. I shook my head.

"Oh man! You haven't? Dude! Before I left school for here, I went to school with her!" My eyes popped out of my head. "You did?" He nodded, and got a nostalgic look on his face. "Oh man, I nearly passed out the first time I heard her, so dude-" I cut him off. "I know, I'm screwed."

"Or in scientific terms, an inclined plane wrapped around an axis." Peter commented. I rolled my eyes. Did I mention that Peter was a science nerd?
