Danny pov
I could see him standing there watching me closely I could feel his cool breath down my neck "this is it darling" he lifted his arm and pulled the knife down to my throat
I woke up with a scream sitting up quickly. it was a dream just a dream I tried to tell myself with tears running down my face I felt around for tony but I couldn't feel him there. smudge had woken up to my scream and had sat herself in my lap licking my cheek I hugged her still crying
"hey! what's wrong?" my door flew open jaime and Emily were standing in the doorway "we heard you scream" Emily ran over to me sitting next to me "just a bad dream" Emily wrapped her arms around me "where's tony?" I asked them "he gave vic and Mike a ride home, there car gave out finally" jaime laughed and sat next to Emily "are you okay Danny? do you want anything?" I looked down at smudge "no thank you, can you please just tell tony to come up when he gets home?" Emily nodded and stood up with her and jaime walking out closing the door behind them. I laid down holding smudge close to me
I was half asleep when I heard my door creak open "Danny" a familiar voice whispered "Mmm" I groaned softly not being able to prepare my words properly "are you okay baby" he closed the door and I felt him slip into bed behind me and wrap his arms over me "I'm okay now that your home"I turned and cuddled into his chest "do you wanna talk about it?" I shook my head "okay baby don't worry about it it was only a dream darling I'm here" he rest his head on mine "tony?" he lifted his head slightly "yes beautiful"
"I'm sacred. that Kyle will find me or that he will do something" tony lifted my chin up so I was looking into his big eyes "listen baby. I won't ever let him hurt you again okay Danny you don't deserve it he won't lay a finger on you ever again cause I will stop him I would do anything for you baby I haven't known you for that long but I know that your perfect and that you should not have to be sacred of something like that. I love you Danielle and that's not changing and nothing could ever make me not love you, so believe me when I say this I will protect you with every breath" tears were filling his eyes "tony" I was speechless "its okay you don't have to say anything" he kissed me softly biting my lip "I love you tony Perry" I smiled and wiped the single tear spilling over his eyes "I love you too Danielle mckinley Martin so much" he pulled me closer. we both lay there until we fell to sleep.
