Chapter 4

Haru's POV

I start walking down the road to Makoto's. Usally he gets to my house first but I was up early. We ran into each other half way there. Makoto talked about his plans with Sousuke. When we got to the school, I stopped. Rin and Sousuke were standing by the doors. Makoto and Sousuke hugged each other quickly. Rin stood against the wall with his arms crossed. They said they were here to check out the pool. I looked over at Rin and I saw he was looking at me. He quickly looked away from me. I looked down and started to walk to class.

Makoto's POV

Rin said good bye to Sousuke, as he started to walk away. Haru was walking ahead of Sousuke and I. Sousuke laced out fingers together and I blushed a deep shade of pink. When we got to my house, we waved good bye to Haru and walked I to my house. As soon as we took our shoes off, he wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me. I smiled into the kiss. After we separated, I walked into the kitchen and made us some food. While I was cooking, he came up to me and put his head on my shoulder. I smiled and continued to cook.

"I'm sorry about today." he said.

"You did nothing wrong."

"I mean about Rin. When he saw Haru, it got him in a mood. He looked really hurt and kind of mad."

"Do you mean that he never...you know?"

"I think so. I'm not completely sure but it seems so."

"We'll see what happens. But right now, I want to eat." I said turning off the stove.

We sat and ate. Afterwards, we went for a walk and stopped by the basketball court. Since Sousuke can't swim, he spends his time playing basketball. After a game of basketball, we went back to my house. We watched a movie and for the rest of the night, we laid on the couch together.
