After telling her mom all that had happened, all Sasha's mother did was smiled.
All night Sasha was thinking what that smile meant. Sasha knew her mother too well and thus she knew that smile definately meant something. She suddenly remembered about a diary that she used to write when she was 15. She jumped off her bed and started searching for it, in the cupboard, on top of it, near the table and everywhere in her room, but did not find it.
And thought to herself, 'The last time I saw the diary was when i was 17 or 16..and now that I'm 26, I am trying to find it, well she might be really angry on me.' Here Sasha referes 'she' to her diary. Growing up she loved her diary like her bestfriend. And even when her bestfriend broke her heart, her diary was always there to listen. Sasha had a tough time at the age of 13 to 17. So her story is somewhat like this, Her very own first love broke her heart and left her for her own bestfriend. Those days it was unbearable. And before Sasha could come out of that sadness, another heartbreak struck her in the form of her Father leaving them for his company's young and beautiful boss, who had a lot of money. Since then she never trusted men. It is not her fault. All the men in her life that she loved, always ended uo hurting her.
That night, Sasha so wanted her diary, something in her wanted her to find it and read it. She went to her mother's room and asked her mom who was already sleeping about the diary..and like all moms..Sasha's mother knew exactly where it is.
"It is in my cupboard, third draw" said mother in her sleepy voice.
"Oh, I love you mom!" Sasha exclaimed and kissed her on her cheek.
"I love you too darling, I knew one day you would ask for it back! Now go take it and let me sleep"
"Haha okay"
Sasha finally found it and took it to her room, she made herself comfortable on the bed and looked at the closed diary for a moment. And all the memories flashed before her. The good ones, the bad ones, everything. She smiled and opened the diary to read the first page.
    "Dear Diary,
This is me, Sasha. I am going to start writing diary from today. I am 13 now, I hope years later, probably with my children in my 30s or 40s when I get to read this back, I will be happy" Sasha thought to herself.."well yes, I am happy"
..."I thank Shweta who told me to start writing diary, so that when I grow old, I and John can tell our kids how we met." Sasha caught herself tearing up. "..well, I don't know whether I will be with John forever or no, but no matter what, Shweta will be my bestfriend for life." Sasha slammed the diary shut, and tears rolled down her cheeks.
