Chapter Twenty-Six.

Sasha came closer to Vivek, "I really do."
Vivek didn't say a word. He looked baffled. Before Sasha could say something he said, "You should have not said this Sasha." And left banging the door behind him as he left her house.
Sasha stood the way she was without understanding what all had just happened. A tear rolled down her cheek and she slowly sat down. Her mother stood at the entrance of the hall, sobbing. She felt what was better for Sasha was to be left alone.

I sat on the ground, and I kept crying and crying. I didn't realize when I fell asleep crying right there on the ground. Sometime later, which I suppose was about 3 hours, I opened my eyes and saw mom in front of me. I could notice from her swollen eyes that she cried too. What broke my heart even more was that she sat with me all this time on the ground when I didn't even realize. And this time, I didn't feel like crying anymore. I took my phone, and without unlocking, on the black screen, in my reflection I could see my eyes swollen and my face red. I saw marks of my bracelet on my face, I guessed maybe that was from the sleeping on the ground. I stood up and moved my hand over mom's head slowly. She stood suddenly and started panicking. She held my face in her hand and she looked into my eyes,  with concern. I took all the left over courage in me and smiled at her. I could see her eyes sparkle and I could see my eyes shine in hers. That moment, I believe gave me strength to deal with what happened next..
