I saw my friend cry today,
I saw the makeup running down her face,
as she said she wanted to die today,She told me she felt broke and in disgust,
She said she needed help, but didn't know who to trust,
And I told her she shouldn't be afraid,
'Cause I wanted to walk with her the right way.
So I took her hand,
I shoved her up from the ground,
"Don't listen to those people, who don't know how to NOT make a sound"
I saw her smile jump just a little bit,
It made me feel happy inside, just a tiny bit.
"Who are you?" She asked me,
as we started to walk,"I'm nobody," I told her,
and she started to talk,I made a friend that day,
She made a friend too,
as she told me to stay.I just needed to be there.
"That's all.
Just be there."
