panic?
not in the face of fear.fear was locked away quietly
it didn't say much
it just watched.watched the same hand that had nurtured and grew her
come down across
the stretch of skin-panic?
not in the face of bravery.bravery was a restless,
turning,
ticking
clock.gears and mechanisms moved
shifted until watching fear
became too restless
and it broke free at the worst timebravery sent adrenaline
straight into the brain,
who was as senseless
useless
as every sense except pain.panic?
not in the face of anger.anger was the rage that boiled
bubbled over
until it forced bravery to
break
bend
do things that it couldn't do alone.panic!
in the face of depression
anxieties.the world had gone
a whole shade of monochromatic
melodramatic
dead.no emotions
or anger
rage or bravery
even fear.just a jumble of wires
in the pit of an empty mannequin
lifeless
but emotional, feeling
feeling...falling.
that panic came and went
but it was the single most horrific
terrifying
memory anyone could go throughshaking and trembling
struggling to free yourself
panic taking over-panic!
should not be an emotion.panic!
should not be an emotionPANIC!
SHOULD NOT BE AN EMOTIONtic TOC
