hyunhee was wavering
between what she felt
towards eunwoo and bin.
she was aware that having
mutual feelings with bin
was wrong as he only thought
of her as a best friend.
meanwhile, hyunhee
recently admitted her
feelings for eunwoo.
therefore,
she likes eunwoo.
"thanks for dropping
me off, even though
you didn't have to."
says hyunhee,
giving a warm smile.
he smiles back.

today consisted many glances
and jittery stares. it was the type
of feeling where one could look
at the other for eternity.
it was like admiring a masterpiece.
hyunhee realized that bin
changed his emotions and
perspective when they were alone.
he becomes happy when she's near,
cold when distant.

says bin.
hyunhee nods in response.
right before she could step
forward, she had almost
forgotten her gift for bin.
"i want to give you something."
says hyunhee, pulling out the
plush that was hidden in her bag.
"an owl?"
bin chuckles,
"it reminded me of you."
hyunhee says shyly.
"so you think of me?"
he teases, causing hyunhee's
cheeks to turn bright red.
"you're too cute."
he says once again.
hyunhee stood in front of him,
admiring the smile that wouldn't
wear off his face. as for bin,
he was happy.
"i just wanted to know,
if we're in good terms."
hyunhee brought up,
feeling uneasy about his response.
he didn't reply.
instead, he pulled her
into a long lasting hug.
she can smell the strong
scent that his body odour
had produced.
he was very muscular.

eventually, hyunhee
had wrapped her arms
around his waist.
their hug lasting
longer than expected.
hyunhee's gaze had averted
towards eunwoo's house.
she didn't expect him to be
walking out and seeing them
both engulfed into a hug.
she was lost in thoughts
while their eyes locked.
it was a situation where
she had to choose between
who to let go of and who
to hold on to.
but they let go right before
she could choose.
bin had spun around and
eunwoo was out of sight.
her mind could not function
well, though she wanted to
know what eunwoo felt.
heavy steps and short breaths,
hyunhee stepped in front of
eunwoo's door step.
after three knocks on the door,
it revealed who she came for.
"eunwoo."
says hyunhee.
"what are you and bin?"
he abruptly asked.
hyunhee looks at him confused.
"bin and i,"
"we're just friends."
she finishes.
a lump in her throat,
made it hard to speak.
eunwoo was suspicious.
"hyunhee,
