"Saddest girl she has to be. Salty tears stream down her cheek. Her heart's bigger than her body. Her name is Crybaby"
This is a story of a girl who was different from everybody else, She was all on her own, She lost all her friends, She was alway...
I was walking home from the park, and I didn't realize how late it was when I noticed how dark it was. I guess I never pay attention when I'm out of the house.
I checked the town's grandfather clock below an electronic pedestrian sign. It was 6 pm, I got pretty nervous and wondered what mother was gonna say to me once I walked through the door past curfew. I decided to forget about it and worry about it once I got home, I just needed to focus on where I was going, I knew my way around the neighborhood, but it was pretty dark so it was a little hard to tell where I was at.
As I was walking I noticed a dark shadow near a street light on the other side of the street. It was tall, Looked like a man's body, I couldn't see their face nor body. But I knew it wasn't a ghost.
I just stopped walking and looked over towards the street light.
"Hello?" I tilted my head looking towards the streetlight. "Are you ok?" No answer.
I started getting this squeamish feeling that they weren't the friendliest person.
"Aren't you going to answer me?" I asked. Still no answer.
Of course, I knew better not to walk over there, So I started walking very slowly. I looked straight forward to the sidewalk and walked slowly not looking back. Nothing happened. Until suddenly I heard a quiet footstep.
I got a little startled. I gasped a little and looked to the side where the street light was. The shadow was still there. It looked like it slightly moved to the side, But I still could see it.
"Ugh their probably just trying to scare some people." I tried telling myself to calm me down.
So I started walking again and heard a footstep again. I looked back towards the streetlight. The shadow was gone. This is not good, I should've left the park earlier.
This time I started speed walking down the sidewalk, I heard a couple of bushes move, I was done.
I started running towards home, Not looking back, Down a bunch of corners, Across a couple of roads, Then I finally saw my house in the distance.

I turned around to make sure nothing was there. I heard someone running, So I ran as fast as my legs could take me and headed for the back door. I knocked and knocked on it, pleading for someone to open it.
My brother answered and I ran through and stopped near the kitchen to catch my breath. My face was blood red, I was sweating everywhere, Still shaking with my hands on my knees.
"Melanie! What is wrong with you?!" He widened his eyes as he locked the door back.
"I-I don't know, I-I was getting chased by this man, b-but I didn't see his face and I had to run down lots of roads and corners to get here and I-I still heard him out there and I feel like he knows where I am and I-" I said a little bit too fast while stuttering.
