Each one of us wants a place
A place where we are happy
It's filled with love and embrace.
We stay there when unhappy.
When we became saved in Christ,
We have become adopted.
For us, He was sacrificed.
With God, we are now bonded.
Sinners are just like orphans,
Without a place to call home.
For us, God is our portion
And we are never alone.

Once we became Christians, Heaven became our home. We are temporarily living here on Earth.
As we are living here, let us show to the world the glory of the Lord and show them the way to Heaven.
In Psalms 73:26, it says,
My flesh and my heart fail; But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
God is with us and He satisfies our needs. He is also our shelter!
