How could I forget the Lord my God—
Who is with me with each step I trod?
Ev'ry morning is a reminder—
It's quite similar to a binder—
That by His grace we are awaken;
A reminder we're not forsaken!
The storms may howl and the seas may rave,
But God gives the comfort I so crave.
In peaceful times, I see vividly
Of how He blesses abundantly!
Come outside, and see creation!
To each, He gives loving affection.

Have there ever been times you take everything for granted, or you're going through a trial and you forget all the blessings God has given? I know that has happened to me—a lot! It's so easy to forget that every single blessing is given by God, and that God is the One who lets every single trial in our life for our good, but even then He blesses us abundantly; He comforts us during those times. He even prepares us for those times! God loves us so much! And we should always remember that He is the One who blesses us, guides us, and more throughout our life!
