I deserve to die;
I deserve to go to hell,
But why did You, Lord
Come that I might become well?
I was a lost sheep
Doing what's really ugly,
Yet You searched for me
And forgave me joyfully.
You're mercies, O Lord,
Are higher than the Heaven,
Deeper than the oceans—
That's the grace He has given.
With arms open wide,
You receive me as Your own
Nothing can compare
To the mercy that You have shown.

This was inspired by my devotion, and it is a great reminder of God's mercy. He has shown us love, care, comfort, grace, mercy, and more!—But we don't deserve it. How great is our Most High God! Our Almighty Heavenly Father who rules over all! There is none like Him! Let's all praise Him!
