As we last saw them, newlywed Cancer was calling her husband Leo down to the kitchen to tell him something.

"What, what is it? Are you hurt? Is someone breaking in?" Leo panicked as he ran down the stairs.
Cancer laughed a little, "It's nothing like that Leo, I just want you to take a look at the oven."
"The oven?" Leo stuck his head in the oven and pulled out a piece of bread, "Cancer, there's a bun in the oven."
"I know."
"Did you put it there?"
"No, you did."
"What. No I didn't."
"Leo you're an idiot."
"What? What am I not getting here?"
"I'm pregnant Leo, that's what this is." Leo snapped his gaze from the bread to his wife. His face glowed as Cancer stood at the counter.
"Really?" He asked softly, whilst she nodded.
Putting his hand to her belly he said, "Hey baby, this is your dada, and your mama is gonna help me take good care of you once you're born, we're all gonna be one big happy family together. And I already love you so much and I haven't even met you."
Cancer laughed a little as she kissed the silly human being she called the love of her life. And the father of their children.
