Gemini sighed as she leaned her head on her hand. Aries was sitting with the group at lunch staring at Capricorn a few seats down, who was his current crush. Although they were best friends, Gemini was getting annoyed, because Aries was HER crush, and Capricorn would eventually steal both her best friend and her ideal guy. Huffing, Gemini tuned out conversation from the table as she bit into her sandwich.

"So anyways," Aries finished, "I'm planning on asking Capricorn out, to like, a date after school."

"Oh really?" Gemini fake smiled, "That's great! I can't wait to hear about it!"

Gemini walked the halls alone as she watched others part ways in groups at the doors. She glanced sadly around the corner when her eyes widened and she plastered her body against the wall. Oh how very thankful she was that she hadn't turned the corner fully. Peeking out again she saw the exact same scene.

Aries was standing in front of a classroom door with Capricorn, rubbing the back of his neck with a pink tint to his cheeks. Gemini shut her eyes and strained her ears to hear their words, but none came for listening. When she opened her eyes again, Capricorn was still giving Aries a blank expression and Aries was looking glumly at the floor. All of a sudden he forced a smile when Capricorn spoke again and his eyes shone with new information.

"Well," Gemini held back the water filling her vision, "there goes the love of my life."

Walking away, Gemini watched as Aries ran past her half way down the hall. Sighing she continued walking and looking at the ground. Suddenly Aries raced back down the hall, coming to a stop so abruptly that a dust cloud blew up in her face.

"Did you just turn parts of the floor to dust?" Gemini coughed.

"That is," Aries panted as he leaned over a little to ease his breathing, "not important right now."

"If vandalization isn't important right now then what is?" Gemini huffed.

Aries put his hands on her shoulders, "This."

Their lips collided and sparks flew through Gemini's body as she slowly closed her eyes. But didn't Aries love Capricorn? Gemini's eyes flew open as she pushed Aries away from her.

"D-don't you," Gemini looked away, "love Capricorn?"

Aries shook her shoulders, "No, no, I thought I did."

Gemini's eyes shot even wider as he continued, "But she opened my eyes. She told that everything I liked about her, her personality, her features, everything I saw in her, I liked because they were a reflection of you! I love you! I always have and I always will!"

Tears came down from Gemini's face and Aries questioned worriedly, "What? What is it? Did I do something wrong?"

"No! No!" Gemini laughed as she wiped away the tears, "I'm crying because you said all the right things. And..."

"And....?" Anxiety ran across Aries' pale face, his crimson eyebrows furrowed together.

"Well, I love you too." Gemini gave him a peck on the cheek.
