How in the hay do you find a present to give to your girlfriend for her birthday? Well Pisces came up with the best plan ever for that! See he wasn't going to make an exploding cake or anything of that sort. No, they had been dating for three years, she would expect something like that by now. So what could he do? Well, he knew exactly what she wouldn't expect.

As he sat in his chair while Cancer opened her presents, joy flashing in her eyes at each, his hands fumbled in his pocket. What if he messed up? What would he do? What if she didn't like it at all? He shook his head a little as she turned to him.

"So Pisces," Aries leaned over his chair knowingly, "what'd you get your little lady for her birthday."

Cancer was turning over to Pisces confused when she saw him on one knee. He pulled a small box out of his pocket. In it was a small ruby, her birthstone, something she could never change and could never be washed away, a fact that was forever.

"Cancer, you are the love of my life, the one person I could never do without," Pisces breathed in then exhaled that breathe,"you make my world shine like the sun and without you nothing would grow, or learn, or move on in the shadows of the night sky, and above all else my world needs you to survive. So would you do me the honor, of being the only man married to an angel?"

Pisces looked up at his girlfriend, seeing tears in her eyes, he panicked, looking about quickly, "What's wrong? Why are you crying?"

"I'm crying cause I'm so happy you asked," Cancer replied as she wrapped her arms around him.

"But that doesn't make any sen-"Pisces scratched his head as Cancer met his mouth with hers. He could only take her answer as a yes.

Did anybody else have that dream where their crush would propose on their birthday, I mean getting a puppy seemed cooler when I was five but come on, that would have been the best way to lead up to it.
