Dan's POV

We arrive to the set, at around 11:30, after we had come from dropping off Megan and Pjs suitcases at the hotel, just down the street. When we arrived, we saw heaps of people were on the production team, although we were only settling in today, there were cameras everywhere. One girl in particular was yelling orders at people from across the area. I think she was the hostess. One of the guys that was wearing a suit came up to me and told me to go for a walk around to have a look at the huge building in front of us.

It turned out, that me and about another 14 guys, were actually staying "on set" for the weeks the show is being filmed, well unless you get eliminated of course. It sort of reminded me of the house from big brother, except the left wing of the house were to be shared between the boys and the right wing was strictly for the girl only.

Megan and Pj started to talk to one of the camera men, because Pj was curious about the "filming techniques" or something. I told Megan that i was going to explore for a little bit. I noticed the house had a pool with a fountain out in the backyard and a football field for any sporty contenders. Inside the boys wing i found, a games room with a bunch of game consoles, a large couch and a few bookshelves (where i will most likely spend most of my free time), and a lounge room that was connected to a hallway, which led to large dormitory rooms.

Inside the rooms, they were all the same. They each had two single beds, two wardrobes, tow desks and chairs and an ensuite. Only one boy would have a whole room to himself, but sadly it was already taken. I had decided to place my suitcase in Room 6, because no one had claimed that room yet, and it was the furthest from the lounge room.

After i had dumped my luggage in my claimed room, i walked back out to the front of the building to see that other contestants had slowly been arriving, while i had been looking around inside. Most of them looked quite buff and sporty, with stubble on their faces and handsome smiles that would make may girls swoon. Some seemed to look more like players who would rather hang out at a club, then having a girlfriend at home that he would take care of. looking at them all, i counted about 10 of the boys all up, so we were still waiting for others to arrive.

I decided now would be a good time to go find Peej and Megan, to say goodbye before we had to follow further instructions. The area out front was now pretty crowded and i couldn't see them around. i weaved my way through all the bodies and equipment, muttering apologies as i bumped into people. I finally found them sitting together on a bench in front of a little garden. They were whispering lovingly to each other, while giggling softly and sharing kisses every so often.

I stood back patiently, not wanting to invade on their private moment. I watch as they stare lovingly at each other, making little jokes, all while staying in each others arms. I see the love on Pj's face as he looks at Megan, when she doesn't notice. I start to feel jealous, of their relationship, my heart yearning for that sort of love and affection. Maybe it is a good thing, that i was signed up for this show. Maybe i might actually have a shot at finding love.

I snap back into reality as i notice 3 more boys had arrived. These ones don't look as self-absorbed or obnoxious as the others, they might actually be some sweet guys. I decide now would be the time to bid Megan and Peej goodbye, because most of the boys were here.

"Hey guys!" i call out. Both of their heads snap up to me, smiling as they see me returning. "I think I might have to start settling in now." Pj understood what i was saying, and realised it was probably time to leave. He turns to Megan "Hey babe, maybe we should start to-" But Megan wasn't paying attention. She was looking over Pj's shoulder at something or someone, that seemed to catch her attention.

"Phil?!" she yells, breaking from Pj's embrace. I snap my head to look where her attention was directed, only to see a tall lanky boy with black hair and bright blue eyes, making his way over to us. Pj springs up from where he was sitting to greet the boy "Hey man, What are you doing here?" Phil scratches the back of his neck in slight embarrassment "Well my, uh, mum actually signed me up as a contestant on this TV show." Megan and Peej laugh at his response.

"Well, What are you guys doing here?" Phil asks, "We're actually her because WE forced our friend Dan to go on the show." Megan says as she points of to me. Thats when Phil finally notices That I'm here. I swear i hear him gasp, as he recognises my face from the other day when we met. "Well phil" Peej begins, "This is dan" he says introducing me, then he points to phil, "And this is-" "Phil..." I cut him off, my voice coming out softly, because i am still shocked that it is actually him.

I feel Phil's eyes rake over me, as we shake hands in greeting. I get chills down my spine, when our hands meet, his eyes still completely focused on mine. Pj and Megan share a knowing look, before Pj speaks. "Hmm would you look at the time! I think we should probably start leaving, okay bye" "BYE" Megan yells, as they both hurry away giggling like maniacs.

"It was nice to meet you again Dan..." Phil says, before we both realise that we were supposed to be heading inside with the others. I just nod my head in agreement and just know that this is going to be a very eventful experience.
