Friday:Afternoon
You sat in the back of the taxi watching all of the large buildings zoom by. The sky was crystal clear. You were still wearing the same clothes that you went to school in. Your black ripped jeans and plain white shirt. You were clutching your book bag in both of your hands. Excitement filled you as you tapped your feet on the floor of the taxi. Mason hadn't talked about prom so you almost forgot that there even was one. But now he was going to make it official. Probably in a cute romantic way. Usually you would cringe at such a thought, but you needed a sweet gesture to cheer you up.
You felt the taxi come to a stop as you left the car and looked up at a large silver building. A big sign in front of it read 'Big Hit Entertainment' and a big smile spread across your lips.
"Here we go." You whispered to yourself as you opened the revolving door leading to the lobby.
The lobby was big. People in suits were rushing from one side to another, phones continuously rang, and stylists shared ideas with eachother.
Wow, even after work hours people were still busy huh...
You checked your phone for the time. It read 6:23.
Only a few more minutes until he's done with practice.
You sat down onto a maroon colored couch, looking around the room for something to focus on as you waited. You were relieved that no one recognised you as the daughter of the Big Hit owner. If someone did, or even worse, someone from the group chat, then there would be some trouble.
You were about to close your eyes to rest when you heard the elevator 'ding'. You looked over to see a tall boy with similar ripped jeans and a red flannel on holding a duffel bag.
The boy spotted you from a far and waved. As you waved back, he made his way to you.
"Y/n! What are you doing here? I haven't seen you here before."
"Hey Brendan! I was uh... meeting someone here. I forgot that you worked here." You said without realising. Shit he doesn't know that I know he works here. I totally just gave it away. Nice going me.
"I haven't told you that I come here. How did you know?" He furrowed his brows and put on a confused look.
"Well you see uh... people at my school um.." You tried to think of an excuse, but nothing came to mind.
"Ha ha it's ok y/n," He leans closer to your ear, and whispers the rest. "I know your little secret." You shuddered. Because of his hot breathe hitting your neck and the fact that he knew.
"Wh-what d-d-do you mean?" You stuttered, focusing your gaze on him.
"I know you're BlueAquarius in the Big Hit group chat. Everything you said to me in person and in the chat matched up perfectly. C'mon I'm not that dumb." He smiled. You tried to process it. Wondering what to do next.
"Well...you caught me. I'm gonna take a guess that you know who I'm here to see too right?" His smile faded a bit, but he recovered and gave you a bright expression.
"This game is too easy, Mason correct? You know, Jackson really wants to be friends with you. You should come out as yourself and visit us in our dance room. It'll be fun." He changed the subject to Jackson, the fluffy bunny of the group chat.
"Maybe another time I will." You happily replied. "But don't tell anyone for now. Please? I'm still figuring out a few things."
"Sure." Brendan started out saying, but faded away as he looked past you. Curious, you turned around to follow his gaze.
