We walked out and Rachel looked at us.
"You guys ok in there?"
"Yeah.." I smiled
"We'll, wanna go to the mall or something?" Corey suggested.
I looked over at San for approval. She nodded.
"Sure."
"Great! Breakfast is on me." Corey cheered.
"Here," I said giving him a 20.
"No no I insist." He smiled.
"Fine.." I sighed fake.
He laughed.
We me and San walked out hand in hand and got into the car.
It took us about 8 minutes to get to the mall.
We parked. Next to rach and Corey and walked in.
"Where do you guys wanna go?" San asked.
I shrugged and everyone else did.
"We'll I wanna go to forever 21." San said.
"Let's go." I said.
San took my hand in hers and we walked through the mall towards forever 21.
People were giving us strange looks but we didn't care. I was getting a little self conscious.
"it's ok babe. They just don't understand..." San whispered in my ear. I nodded.
Then I saw the eyes of a lady. I remembered her.....
She helped my dad rape me....
I became stiff.
"Can we please go."
"What why?" Santana asked.
"Well, see that lady over there in the purple..." I whispered to Santana.
"Mhmmm." Santana said and I had a tear roll down my cheek.
"S-she helped m-my d-dad r-r-rape me." I said still whispering but sniffling.
San slung her arm around my waist and pulled me so close to her that we could become one.
"I got you. I won't let nobody hurt you." San whispered in my ear then kissed me.
"YOU GUYS ARE SO CUTE UGH." Rachel said with her hands on her cheeks.
I laughed. The lady started walking over to me.
"Dani? Dani is that you?" She said.
"Just keep walking babe." San said.
"Excuse me? Don't make me get your dad."
"What did you just say to her? what the FUCK DID YOU JUST SAY TO MY GIRLFRIEND, I suggest you get the fuck out of here before I rip off your fucking ears and shove them down your fucking throat." San said screaming in the girls face. The lady looked scared them smirked at me.
She turned around and walked away.
"Bye dani." She laughed.
"Woah San calm down what's wrong?" Rachel asked San.
"Nothing. She just pissed me off." San flung back. And she came over a put her arm around me shoulder.
"C'mon guys..."
I nodded.
After the mall, we said our goodbyes and left.
In the car...
"Hey,, um thank you for doing that... You know telling that lady off..."
"No problem babe. " she said leaning. Over to kiss me.
