Five months ago, they were about to transfer to somewhere farther, afraid that their family would find them, since Ian's mother knew their whereabouts. But, it was rescinded because later that night, after the continued love making, Ian called and told them that his mother doesn't want to be involved so, she won't speak anything to anyone and that made them calm so they just stayed.

It was now Maine's 6th month of pregnancy and today's her ultasound day. Finally, after 6 months of waiting, they will know what gender will their bundle of joy be.

"Love, nakaka-excite. Ano kayang gender ng baby natin?" Maine asked as she clung herself to Richard's arm

"Gusto ko sana ng girl, I've always wanted a girl as my first child, natuwa kasi ako kay Angel dati when I got the chance to babysit her kaya I promised to myself na if ever, I had a baby girl, I'll spoil her in a way she'll still be humble as we are, Love.
And she will be daddy's girl"

RJ said with a daydream look on his face making Maine smiled.

Maine leaned her head on his shoulder, and he, removed Maine's hands around his arm and put it around her waist, giving her forehead a light buss, playing with her bangs after.

"Oh hon, sorry to burst your bubble but I love to have a baby boy sana, just like Matti" Maine paused, a tear threaten to fall but fought it with a deep sigh

"Hay. Namimiss ko na si Matti, kamusta na kaya siya? Is he good kaya sa school? Namimiss niya rin kaya tayo?" She looked up only to catch Alden frowning and there was a longing look in his eyes, but his' stupor was gone before she could even stare at it and was replaced with a smile... a sad one.

"I'm sure he misses us as much as we miss him. Don't worry"

She nodded and kissed his jaw lightly before leaning her head on his chest

He waited for him to continue what she was saying, but she remained quiet– looking reminiscent– so he asked

"What were you saying again, love? You said you want a boy, hm?"

"Oh yeah. Pero alam mo hon, I just realized whatever our little bundle's gender is, I'll be happy as long as I deliver our little bundle healthy"

"I'm sure you will. Anyway, come on. Ligo na tayo para malaman na natin yung gender ng baby natin, tara dali!"

"Hay nako. Excited naman ni Daddy. Ano? Ako na mauuna ah" She said standing up and walking up to their room but she was thwarted by Richard who came running beside her and put his arm around her shoulder

"Love, anong ikaw na mauuna?"

"Medyo nanlalagkit na kasi ako eh pero gusto mo ba ikaw muna? Okay. I'll wait you na lang muna, kaya ko pa naman tiisin 'to"
