"Love? Love?"

Maine jerked awake as she heard someone calling her.

When she saw who it was, she smiled. It was Richard, and he seemed to be very tired and stressed like heaven and earth were put on his shoulders

"Hm, love? Why are you waking me up?" She pouted and rubbed her eyes to remove some of the sleepiness

She sat down on their shared bed, stretched her arms and yawned and leaned her head on his broad shoulder as she straightened some of the tangled strands of hair

"Gusto ko kasi sanang magpatulong dito sa script" He responded slightly leaning away from her to get the sheaf of paper on their bedside table and handed them to her awaiting hands "Ang hirap kasi ng isang scene diyan kapag walang kabatuhan ng linya"

Maine laughed, hard. But when she saw the look on his face that gives away the fact that he was serious, she tried not to laugh and wiped the almost visible single tear away.

"What? Hahahaha. What are you talking about? Are you serious?"

"Seryoso ako Love. Ite-taping na raw kasi natin 'to sa susunod na linggo eh-"

"Love" She held his face in her hands "Sorry to offend you, pero pinapaalala ko lang sa'yo, di na tayo artista. This is the path we chose when our sons-"

Richard backed away from her

"Woah. Stop right there Love. Sons? We do not have sons. Love, 24 ka pa lang and I promised to marry you when you turned 25 and that's when the time na magkakaroon lang tayo ng mga anak"

Maine had a panic look on her face

'Anong pinagsasabi nito ni RJ?'

"Is it April Fool's today? Love, hindi na nakakatawa, tama na 'yang prank na 'yan"

"I'm not joking Nicomaine. Alam mo, matulog ka na lang ulit, bukas mo na lang akong tulungan sa pagpapractice nitong lines natin. Maaga pa tayo bukas, 4th anniversary na ng KS"

Richard began to push her on their bed but she thwarted him

"Love ano ba!? This isn't funny anymore" She was beginning to shout at him "The last time I checked, we are a parents of three beautiful boys, you proposed to me in the hospital-"

"What? Proposal at a hospital? I will never do-" Richard tried to argue but Maine was trying to make a point so she continued

"- and before ako matulog kanina, pinadede ko pa yung tatlo, ikaw pa nga nagpaligo sa kanila kanina diba kasi sabi mo nagpaalam ka kay Ian na maaga kang uuwi kasi naaawa ka sa'kin na mag-isa lang ako tapos tatlo inaalagan ko. Oo, RJ alam ko na nagkaroon tayo ng pagtatalo kanina because you insisted na maghanap ng kasambahay pero ayoko pero before I slept, you told me na hindi ka galit, nagkaayos tayo diba? Huwag mo naman akong ganituhin, RJ"

Maine begged and she didn't even realize that she was crying

"Love, I-i'm sorry that I made you cry" Richard hugged her, kissed her locks and wipe her tears away "Pero anong gagawin ko? Ito ang totoo Maine. Stressed ka lang siguro sa mga sunod-sunod na projects natin ngayong month, alam ko may dalawa pa tayong upcoming movie Maine pero I don't where did you get all of that- that fantasies-"
