I click talk and say slowly, "Hello?"
"Carls!" the too-familiar voice says.
"Who is this?" I pretend to not know who it is.
"Carly, its me. Josh," my mouth drops open.
"Josh?" Ohmigod. Josh. Tyler is looking at me strangely, "I thought you were...dead."
"Come on baby sister! Thought you would have known by now. We can't die. Well except for the
slayers."
"I can't believe... where are you?"
"Colorado," my heart sinks, "How's Ginger?"
"Great... listen, I have to go. Bye Josh!" I hang up and see Ty glaring at me, "What?"
"Who's Josh?" I laugh, he's so protective.
"My big brother."
"Oh, sorry." He grins. I can't believe he thought Josh was my boyfriend. I laugh at the thought and sit back down next to Tyler, "Now where were we?"
