Chapter 34

We pull up to Zelenas house seconds later. I look at the old brick house with black shutters as the Sun beams down on it. I open the door of the car as I set my feet on the ground. My feet start to hurt as I walk so I take of my heels and throw them in the car.

Robin walks around from the other side of the car to greet me as we walk up the stairs to the house.

I knock on the door once or twice but don't hear anybody talk back.

"You know what I shouldn't have ever came here?" I say as I turn around and walk down the first step when I hear the door open behind me.

"Regina?" Zelena says as she peeks through the door as I step back up the step and walk towards her as she opens the door to let us in.

"What are you doing here?" Zelena says as I walk through the doorway just to hug her.

"I needed to talk to mother and you...Robin could you wait for me here. I need to talk alone," I say as I grab Robins hands and kiss him on the cheek.

Robin nods as he closes the door and Zelena grabs my hand and brings me to Mother.

I open the door of my Mothers room when I see her sitting on the bed facing the window. I take a step into the room when the floor creaks loudly. She stands up quickly and turns around with a fire in her hand.

"Regina?" Mother says as she fuses the fire and runs over to me as Zelena walks in the room and shuts the door.

"Hello mother," I say as I hug her tightly with a tear falling.

I pull away as I wipe the tear and say," I need to know if there is any spell that can make someone remember what they have forgotten."

"Why-why? What happened?" Zelena says as she goes over to the bed and sits down.

"Hades...He-he took Henry's memory first...then Roland's. Now they think I'm nothing but madam mayor,"I say look down at the floor sadly.

I look back up at mother as she tries to think of a spell when her eyes pop. She walks quickly over to her desk and opens a book laying on top.

She flicks to a page with a spell and points to it as I look down at the book.

"That's the reverse spell for when I put the curse on the town. How did you find this book?" I say as I look at the cover of the book and see my initials wrote on it.

"I took it so you wouldn't use anything to hurt yourself if you were to get brainwashed," Mothers says as she turns back to the page with the spell.

"How do you know that this spell will work? You have to have the heart of the person that casts the spell. We can't kill Hades. I can't get close enough to do it," I say with a concerned face.

"Exactly. You won't be getting close to them. You're not only risking your life. You're risking Echos too and you aren't risking that. Not while I'm alive. I'm going to get close enough to get his heart," Mother says as she grabs the book and shrinks it to a smaller size and fits it in her back pocket.

"Zelena? Are you going to go to Mother? I don't want Mother going alone?" I ask as I look over at Zelena as her face turns pale.

"I can't. I'm not rea-" Zelena says as she starts to turn around and leave the room.

"Zelena? What's wrong? Why are you acting like this?" I say as I grab her hand.

I bring her over to the bed and sit beside Zelena as Mother sits on the other side of me.

"Echo? Is she --about to be here?" Zelena asks nervously.

"In a month she should," I say laying my hand on my stomach.

"And Henry and Roland? Are they excited?" Zelena asks nervously again.

"Yes...I'm really wanting them to remember Zelena. Can you please help Mother? I really don't want to lose my sons or my baby," I say laying my hand on my stomach then standing up look down at Zelena and Mother," Please help me."

"Okay I wi-" Zelena starts when she is cut off by a loud bang and yell as I jump up from the bed and walk quickly to the living room.

"Robin?" I scream as I se him fighting a man against the wall holding him up by his shirt.

Robin lets go as the man falls to the ground as Zelena comes running in behind me with Mother following.

Zelena stops dead in her tracks as she sees the man. She walks a few steps closer after being frozen in fear when the man look up and says,"Zelena?" As he stands up from the floor and runs over to her.

"Stone?" Zelena says back surprised.
