( Alison )

''Calm down and tell us what's wrong.'' Spencer said softly while rubbing my back. A minute ago I came rushing into her box and slim down on the floor with my back against the wall. ''Didn't you get any soda?'' She chuckled.

''I don't give a crap about the soda! I might have abashed myself enough for a whole lifetime.''

I glanced up at my friends. They both have big questions mark written on their foreheads like idiots. ''What happened? Did you pour the soda on someone?'' I'm tired of Spencer's voice now and the giggle she earned from Aria didn't help.

''Can you drop the fucking soda already? I didn't even reached the vending machine before I, by accident, bumped into someone..'' I feel so embarrassed. A move like that is something you don't forget in the first place.

Spencer's eyes widened and from what I could see it looked like she tried to read me. It can't be that hard though. ''Ok help me, I have no idea.'' She admitted. Maybe I was wrong.

''I bumped into your teammate, Emily Fields.'' I said trying to hide my red cheeks. ''And maybe I fell on top of her and almost caused an accident.''

I heard someone burst out laughing behind Spencer's back which caused us both to turn our attention to a laughing Aria. I shot her a death glare. She stopped laughing eventually and sat back down in the chair.

''Listen Ali, I don't wanna be the asshole here but you need to be careful with her. She's not nice and her friend is even worse so try to avoid her from now on okay?.''

''Her friend is Mona!'' Aria butted in earning an eye roll from Spencer. I nod and stand up. I need to show them that I'm not scared.

''Sorry guys but, I don't think they're that bad. Spence, you've been on this team for almost three years right? Has she ever bullied you?''

''N-No..but that's because I'm on her team. I've seen her with others and she's not to play with.''

''I know what you're trying to do Spence, and thanks for your concern but I'll probably never see her again so it doesn't matter.'' I say in a matter-of-face tone.

It became silent. I kept glancing around, trying to avoid their gazes.

''Well there's another thing I was going to ask you both.'' Spencer uttered after several seconds of silence. I motioned for her to go on. ''It's a party tonight at Noel's place.'' She pointed on a guy that was working on his motorcycle on the other side of the depot. I looked in the direction and somehow my eyes managed to get stuck on his arms.

''Those arms..'' I mumble to myself. Then he turned around and smiled at us which caused me to duck and disappear behind the others. ''Is he gone?'' I whispered to my friend while hiding behind them. They grabbed my arms and forced me to stand up. I whined and crossed my arms.

''He's hot, if you're into that kind of stuff.'' Spencer's words took me by surprise. I glanced at Aria and she was now leaning against the wall with her mouth dropped open. Maybe I should ask her about it? Or maybe not, probably not. ''So are you guys coming?'' She then asked.

''Coming where?'' I don't know if I missed something while starring at that boy but I don't remember if she asked something or not.

''To the party with me tonight?''

''I'll be there!'' Aria yelled, causing me to flinch. ''Sorry for yelling..''

Spencer then turn her attention to me. ''How about you Ali?'' She ask with her hands in her pockets. Behind her I see Aria nodding her head yes.

''I guess.'' I replied without making any eye-contact. ''Are you picking us up?''

''We're going right after the race.''

''What?! I don't have time to fix my hair or makeup?!''

''You don't need to fix your hair or face Ali. It's a party for speedway people, not the queen.''

I scoffed and picked up my phone. 30 minutes left until the race is over.

''Ali, can I talk to you?'' Aria ask. She grabs my arm and pulls me out of the box before I can do or say anything else.
