Place called love

ch. 23: United we stand

"I miss you Peter." Steve said holding his hand. "I would give everything, just wake up. This is all my fault..."

Peter squeeze Steve's hand.

"Doctor, doctor! He's moving!" Steve called for doctor and Peter opened his eyes.

"Pops..." Peter said.

"Peter." Steve hugged him tight.

"It's okay, papa. I'm fine now." Peter said.

Soon Peter went home and they were finally happy again.

*Few months later*

"Thor is coming from Asgard tomorrow." Tony said.

"Yeah. We should prepare something for him. He'll be very hungry." Steve said.

"We will tomorrow." Tony said.

"I'll prepare dinner for us. Like a date. What do you say?" Steve suggested.

"Dinner sounds awesome." Tony said.

They weren't in fancy restaurant. Just in home, talking about random things, with romantic candles and suddenly Steve stopped Tony.

"Tony, I know I wasn't the best husband but please give me one more chance and I promise I'll give my best and become better." then he take out the ring and kneel down. "Tony Stark, will you marry me again?"

"Yes, yes Steve." Tony hug him tight. "But promise me one thing. You'll never leave me - leave us again."

"I promise. Never." Steve said and put ring on Tony's hand. "You're just mine." Steve said and Tony kissed him.

"I love you." Tony said.

"I love you too." Steve said.

Someone rang on doorbell.

"Tony honey, will you open? It must've been Thor." Steve said.

"I don't think it's him, yet. I expect someone else." Tony said and went to open the door.

"Hi! Wow, you must be Tony Stark. I mean mr. Stark. I always imagined you..." man started talking.

"What?" Tony asked.

"Not fat." he said.

Tony roll his eyes in annoyance. He really get fatter last month because of his condition but he didn't wanted to tell anything.

"Alex!" Tony called him.

"Yeah?"

"Come here."

Alex come.

"This is Wayne Wilson, your bodyguard." Tony said.

"Wade." Wade corrects him.

"Whatever." Tony said.

"Dad! I don't need bodyguard! The last one couldn't protect himself from falling downstairs." Alex said.

"We talked about it Alex. You are not going out without Wayne." Tony said. He didn't leave Alex out alone because hydra agents were still catching him 'cause he kill winter soldier.

"Wade." Wade corrects him again. He find Alex really handsome and he liked his attitude.

"Fine." Alex said. "Am I really gonna live in your old house with all that guards and him?"

"That's just until danger pass. We are still in the same city." Tony said.

"Okay. Wade, you can take my suitcases and I'll come after lunch." Alex said.

Tony went to kitchen to help Steve with cooking because all Avengers are coming for lunch.

"Steve!" Tony said surprised.

"What?" Steve asked.

"It's moving. Baby's moving. Here - feel." Tony took Steve's hand and put it on his stomach. Steve was amazed. It was his son or daughter.

"Does it hurt?" Steve asked.

"No. Maybe a little." Tony said. "But it's lovely."

Someone rang the doorbell again.

"Jarvis, who is this?" Tony asked.

"It is mr. Thor, sir. Shall I open?" AI asked.

"Yes, please." Tony said.

"What are you lovebirds doing?" Thor entered apartment.

"Hey Thor." Steve said and hug him.

"You have someone after divorce?" Tony asked as he hug him.

"Not yet." Thor smiled. "I think it's guys turn now. Oh I see you get my present." Thor said as he noticed Tony's baby bump.

"Present?" Steve asked not knowing what's Thor talking about.

"You remember, when you get married I told you you will get a gift when your relationship get in crisis, gift which will bring you back together." Thor said and they both nodded as they remembered. "Well, that baby in Tony is my gift for you two."

"Oh Thor... I don't know what to tell." Steve said.

"Thanks is enough." Thor said.

"Thank you." they both said.

When everyone came they eat lunch together, chatting a little and then Steve stand up.

"Can I get a moment?" Steve asked and all of them silenced. "I want to use this moment now when we are all gathered around to announce two things. First, Tony and I are getting married again next saturday so you are all invited. It won't be nothing big like the first time but you are all welcomed." Big applause stop him for a moment and he used it to kiss Tony, then he continued: "And second, as you see, Tony is pregnant. We will get a baby and all thanks to our dear friend Thor who give that opportunity to us. Thank you Thor." Applause again.

Loki looked at Thor. He looked even more handsome in reality. And he was good guy. Loki knew he have to do something if he wants him.

Soon everyone left. Alex went to Tony's little house in NY that no one knows for. Wade was waiting for him.

"Food was perfect. Thank you for inviting me." Loki said to Tony.

"Wait, you can't go until you arrange a date with Thor." Tony whispered.

"Please Tony, he didn't even look at me once." Loki said silently.

"Thor! Why don't you drive Loki home. He came with subway so..." Tony said.

"Sure. I'd love to." Thor said.
