Chapter 16

~ April's POV ~

As the fight got more intense , more people started gathering around. Shit, I have to stop this.

I swat Zayn and gesture him towards Sophie while I got Brooke.

I grabbed her by the waist and pulled her off of Soph. Zayn did the same thing. They were both screaming at the same time and the noise was actually horrible.

"EVERYBODY CALM THE HELL DOWN." I heard a loud yell and everyone turned their attention to where it came from.

Ryan.

I realized I still had Brooke is my grasp and decided to let her go.

"It's time for everyone to leave, by everyone I mean you four." Ryan screamed pointing at Zayn, Soph, Brooke, and I. "Come back when you won't ruin my damn parties."

What an ass. If anythig, we made them better. I think we were all a bit shoked because we just stood there looking at him.

"Well? Stop staring and get out!!" Ryan screamed pointing towards the door.

"Come on." Harry says while intertwining our fingers.

"Fine, this party was lame anyway, I suppose that's why she showed up." Brooke, being the bitch she is, points to Sophie. 

I can tell Sophie wants to say something back but I mouth 'stop' to her. Plus there is enough tension in the room to suffocate someone, we need to leave.

 "If they are leaving, I guess I'll leave too." I turned to see Niall walking towards us. 

"Same here, what's a party without them?" Louis joined in. I couln't help but to smile at what my amazing friends were doing.

"You guys don't have to do that. Really." I told them, letting them know they don't have to leave just cause we got kicked out.

"Nope we're coming with you. Don't try to stop us." Louis chuckled. 

"Well then let's go!" Harry exclaimed, throwing me over his shoulder and running out the door to my Niall's car. I guess Brooke stormed off to pout somewhere because she is no where to be seen.

~Zayn's POV~

Me and Sophie sit in the back with Harry and April, while Louis and Niall are in the front flipping through the radio.

"Good thing we got you two seperate, I think you might have killed her." I whispered to Sophie. She's tiny, and has probably never been in a fight like that, but I think she would have eventually put Brooke in her place.

And even though it's dark I can see the bruise starting to appear on her left cheek bone, so I leaned down and placed a simple kiss on it. Millions of questions are flying through my mind about tonight in the room.

When was the last time she cut? Has she stopped? Why'd her dad leave and when?

And the question that has been bugging me the most...

Where does this leave us..

"We should all have a movie night. That'd be fun! Can we pleaseeeeee?"  April's excited voice snaps me back to reality.

"Yeah that sounds fun!" Harry chimed in. 

"Let's do it!" Niall and Louis's voice boomed from the front seats.

I grabbed Sophie's hand and squeezed it firmly while asking her if she was alright with the plans after all that is happened tonight. 

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"It doesn't hurt..?" 

"No.. I've been through.. Worse." I could tell she was thinking of her words before saying anything. Plus she was whispering.

"We could go to my apartment? I've got plenty of movies." I spoke up.

"Already ahead of ya." Niall joked.

This night has been quite a rollercoaster.
