Yellow Diamond's Agenda

A smoky orange Gem bowed in front of Yellow Diamond in her hellish lair. The Diamond's lemon Pearl also stood by next to her throne, arms folded in front of her with a stony expression.

Yellow Diamond spoke. "You will order your squad of Jades to attack the fourth sector of the Earth at my command. Bring your best one, and keep them under your supervision at all times. Do not let them out of your sight. But until I give the word, proceed as usually planned. Act natural."

The orange Gem bowed her head slightly. "If I may ask a question though, my Diamond?" Yellow Diamond's eyes narrowed.

"What?"

"My Diamond," the orange Gem rushed, "Why bring a battling squad? There should be no need. There are no detected potential threats, I have checked myself-"

"That is quite enough." Yellow Diamond stood up. She towered over the orange Gem, a tree to a squirrel. "You will do as I say, for there are threats on that planet that may thwart our Gem production. And I do not appreciate a Citrine reminding me of procedure and, potential threats."

The Citrine looked scared. She bowed lower. "O-of course not, My Diamond. Your orders will be carried out at once." Citrine hurried out of the Diamond's home without looking back.

"Pearl," Yellow Diamond said in her cold tone with a trace of disgust, "Where is the Jasper 2182120112 of my court that I requested to see me?"

"She should be here any moment my Diamond," said Pearl in a high pitched voice. "I requested right when you asked it, but I don't know-"

A Gem with long, untidy hair and brown stripes all over her body rushed in and bowed at Yellow Diamond's feet.

"My Diamond," she said. "Please, I'm sorry I'm late."

"You are very," said Yellow Diamond icily. "But no matter. I have an important task for you." She picked up a circular orb and clenched her fist around it. It rose up slowly and showed an image of a pink Gem with a large white dress and huge curly hair. "This is Rose Quartz. You will be sent to Earth to apprehend her and whatever allies she may have. Use any force necessary. Any. If it comes to shattering, do it."

"Yes, My Diamond," said Jasper, barely containing her glee at having a Gem to hunt. "I will go to it at once." Jasper rose and walked off. But before she reached the entrance, Yellow Diamond spoke.

"I believe the Quartz has a... Pearl. Crush her without hesitation. You will tell no one of this mission. Is that clear."

"Yes, My Diamond." Yellow Diamond gave a small smile as Jasper strode out the large doors.

"What say you now, sister, for you are gone? Nay, nothing, so your evil will not carry on."
