{Lucy's POV}
It was 7:30 am and I couldn't wait any longer for Holly to turn up at our usual meeting place, the local cafe that serves the best blueberry muffins and coffee around town. We met here every day (apart from Thursday's because that's when we have our day off from gossiping) to talk about anything whilst drinking our daily dose of coffee together before school. We were in our last year but still found the importance of having a coffee to get us through the day at school.

She was lever late. I couldn't wait any longer so ordered for the both of us, hoping she would arrive soon. Like always we had so much to talk about.

As I took my first sip of coffee Holly came bursting through the door still putting lipgloss on whilst tying up her tie! Multitasking, one of her specialities.

"Don't make fun" she said whilst yawning.

"Got us both the usual" I explained.

"I was up late last night talking to Timothy I found it hard to stop listening as he talked with his sexy deep voice"

For two weeks now Holly had been rambling on about her new boyfriend 'Timothy'. I say it like this because I still hadn't seen a picture of him or even meet him. The only thing I had seen was all the cute yet cheesy text messages and phone calls they had together. I was happy for her, I'd never seen her so happy. But then also sad whenever she didn't get a reply in less than 30 seconds of texting him.

"So what are you going to do when you travel abroad this summer" I asked.

"Well there's Skype and snapchat and you know, there's lots of things we can keep in contact by, but he's going to a camp thing so he said he might not be able to keep in contact all the time"

"Don't worry things will be fine" I assured her.

"Yeah I hope so. I'm going to miss you too though"

This summer Holly was off traveling around America with her dad whilst I was staying in town. Not how I want to be spending the beginning of the summer but mum and dad are in the middle of a divorce so it's hard to plan anything.

"TIME" shouted Louis (the owner of the cafe we were in, Dibley's)

I hadn't noticed how long we had been talking for. We gulped down the last drops of coffee and sprinted to the door.
