Chapter Nine

~NAT & ALEX'S P.O.V~

"What was that all about?" Asked Alex.

"I have no idea. Do you think that they were jealous of Samantha?"

"Maybe Diana? Berenice seemed mad as well". Mentioned Alex, very upset.

"Do you think we should go talk to them? Asked Nat.

"Well it's already late and we have to get to class. What about we catch them up in lunch? I will talk to Berenice-" Said Alex before Nat cut his speech.

"And I will talk to Diana!! BRILLIANT! Oh Alex I LOVE YOU!!" Yelled Nat while hugging his brother.

"Ok, ok! Watch my hair!" Said Alex in a playful voice.

The bell rang and we went to our classrooms. Our schedules were mailed to us yesterday, so we know where to head.

~NAT'S P.O.V~

I was walking my way to class trying to find Diana or Berenice. Diana, Diana, Diana; that was the only that I could think about. I crashes into so many people on my way. I simply couldn't think straight. I got to my classroom ans started searching fir her, maybe she was in my class. She wasn't. I took a seat in the corner of the class, I didn't feel like being in class.Did I mess up in something? Did she really get jealous? I didn't imagine her being like this! Maybe I should've, I should've... I can't think straight. So many ideas are going through my head.

The bells ring to mark the end of class. I slowly walk towards my other class, looking for Diana. I didn't see her on my way. I was distracted for the other two classes. Finally lunch came. I have an idea of where she could be, so a run as fast as I can to that spot before anyone is near. There she is. I stop before I get to her. Is what I am doing right? What if she doesn't care of what I say? NO! I will go... I run towards her, grab her hand and pull her with me. I know exactly where to go. Towards the end of the school there is this little garden, but hardly people go there because it is a little separated from the main campus. For me it was a perfect place to talk to her.

We get there and I let her go. She seems to like the place, but I can tell that she is trying not to have eye contact with me. I don't know what to do at this point. What do I say? What if she doesn't want to talk to me? I just went by instinct and hugged her as tight I as could.

Her hair was soft. A very pretty black. I wrapped my arms around her. She rested her head on my shoulder and tugged on my shirt. I have never had this feeling with a girl. She is something to me, and I want her to know. I pulled away and looked into her eyes. It seemed as if she remembered something and backed away a little.

"Why?" She asked. Why are you doing this to me?"

"Doing what?"

"Why are you here with me when you already have some one else?" She said while her eyes were getting watery.

"What? I don't have anyone." I said remarking. " Where did you get that idea?"

"That girl. The one that you were with in the morning, isn't she your girlfriend? Samantha" She said about to burst into tears.

I quickly ran up to her and hugged her. this time we fell to the floor. Her head was hiding in my chest. this feeling of protecting her is what I want to do, it's like the thing that I have been looking for. I grabbed her head and made her looked towards me. At this moments she is vulnerable. She looks so cute when I am holding her. I clean up her eyes and tell her...

"Samantha is nothing, nothing compared to you." I said with a confident voice.

I feel her hugging me as tight as she can. Yes, I did it. She knows how I feel about her. I know that I can do anything know. the feeling that she is mine in a way is the best feeling ever. Now I really want to lean for that kiss, but she is barely getting settled. I look at her and just stare. My heart is beating at 1000 m/h. I lean towards her, and we close our eyes.

The bell rings.
