A/N:
Some of you thought 'My type' was the final chapter of Hating the Bad Boys name and it isn't, this is the last one.
Bree's PoV
This is it, the day I'm leaving home.
I'm saying goodbye to people I love most, people who have respected my decisions and want the best for me.
"Chocolate cake for breakfast, really?" I asked walking into the kitchen.
"Well it is your last day, might as well spoil you." My mother said shrugging.
I smiled. "Thans, I have something to do though, is Luke in his room?"
"Uh . . he should be." She said taking off her apron.
I nodded, making my way to his room. "Luke?" I asked opening to door.
He grinned when he saw my presence. "Oh hey, what's up?"
I furrowed my brows. "Are you okay."
He waved me off and planted a smile on his face. "Never better."
I sighed. "I know what you're doing and I want you to know its okay to talk me."
From when we were little, Luke always did this thing to me where if he had a problem that needed resolving he'd hide it from so he wouldn't have to tell me his real feelings. I guess he didn't want me to think he was weak and not able to hold it together. I've told him I wouldn't think of him like that if he ever needs to let things out but he still believes that I'd just end up laughing at him for confiding in me, yet he always wants to know what's going on with me and my life.
He paused the TV and gestured for me to come sit on the bed. "I'll miss you." He said playing with his hair.
"I'm gonna miss you too, what'll I do without you Luke?"
He laughed slightly. "You're the most confident, independent person I know. I'm pretty sure you can handle New York without me."
I smiled, holding my pinky out for him. "Promise?"
He joined his finger with mine and nodded. "I Promise."
He then pulled me in for a hug and I quickly wiped my tears so he wouldn't see I was crying.
My brother was my life, okay yes we argued a lot but that arguing couldn't compare to how much we cared for each other.
He's my twin and there's nothing that can change that, like ever.
We pulled away and sent me a blank expression, in a way not knowing how to approach the subject. "How're you and Ryder doing?"
I sighed. "Yeah, not good."
He nudged me lightly. "Oh Bree come on, Bryder's gotta work out."
I lifted my brow slightly amused. "Uh, excuse me, can you repeat that?"
Luke shrugged. "Bryder, that's your ship name. Now enough about that, it's up to you two to make things work, you have got to give things another shot."
I nodded, walking towards the door, before leaving, I turned to look at him.
"I Love you.""I love you as well, my younger sister." He said sending me a smug look.
I laughed. "Okay fine, if that's what you want, I'm younger, you happy?"
He nodded. "Very."
