A lot has been going on since two months ago. First, I have a job all thanks to my babe Carnell. I'm a secretary at a really nice building downtown. I've met two nice girls who are now my great friends, Kendra and Gia. Celeste has been acting strange lately, we're on a hi and bye basis really. I don't know why she's been so bitchy. Friendships never last these days.

"This would look so sexy on you" My friend Gia said. We're at the mall looking for dresses to wear out for my birthday. Gia thinks anything that shows off her boobs, thighs or ass is sexy. "That's definitely not for me" I laughed. "And why not? It's your birthday, be risky for once!" "I just want to look nice" "No, you need to look sexy and show a little ass it won't hurt. I bet Carnell would like it" She raised an eyebrow "You're such a perv." "Sometimes you have to be" we giggled and kept searching to try dresses on. The whole time we've been in the store these two girls have been staring us down. Shit like this doesn't really bother me but this girl definitely looks like the same girl from the party who had an attitude.

"Don't you hate when bitches think they're living a fairytale with their so called nigga?" "Yes girl! They man is with everybody else except them" They just kept getting closer and their conversation just keeps getting louder. "Honestly I feel bad for that little girl, she'll be single in a few days." "Carnell just can't stop coming back huh?"

Wait, what? I know she's not talking about my Carnell. Nope, it's definitely another Carnell. "Um excuse me." she touched me to get my attention. "Yes?" "Aren't you Milena Richards?" "Yes I am..aren't you Nia? I remember you from the party" she frowned up her face and rolled her eyes "Boo it's NYLAH. I just wanted to let you know it's a shame how bad your boyfriend treats you and how good he treats me. You should just break up with him cause I'm not going no where." she smirked. "I think you're mistaken. You see MY Carnell would never date such a ghetto low life." I just shrugged my shoulders and kept searching for a dress. "Bitch who you calling a low life! You're the dumbass that can't see you're getting played. Let me call him 404-555-333." she said his number slowly and I had reached my boiling point. "You fuckin dirty hoe!" I was about to charge at her but Gia was holding me back. "Save all that energy for him she ain't even worth it." Gia said. "Yeah you better listen to your girl! She almost got dropped!" Nylah and her friend laughed.

This is fastest I've ever walked. I don't need any of these people seeing me crying and thinking I'm crazy. I can't even think straight right now I just want to kill both of them. I just need to hit something. "Ow!" I had just bumped into someone. I quickly wipe my face of any tears that escaped. "Cinderella." I looked up, it was my mystery guy. He had the cutest half smile. "Hi, you remember me?" "There's no way I'm forgetting a face like yours." I gave a weak smile. "Something wrong? Your eyes look a little red." "Oh uh no. I just uh-" "We really need to get going it was really nice to meet you Mister!" Gia pushed me out the doors. "Nice seeing you again!" He shouted. I looked back to give a small wave.

"Sheesh you are too easily distracted! But I like you're speed, you found a rebound already." She is also crazy. "No Gia, I met him at a party no too long..he's a really cool guy." Maybe it was a good thing that I bumped into my mystery guy. I needed that distraction. I'd rather call Carnell calmly and get right down to it then doing something I'd probably regret. "I've never had anything like that happen to me before. I've never even felt the urge to fight someone before. Especially over a guy" I looked out the window. The tears were ready to fall again. "If ol' girl would've jumped stupid back there we could've handled it...I only held you back because the first person you should be mad at is him THEN you can beat her ass." she tried to comfort me. Carnell wasn't answering his phone and it was adding to my pisstivity. I had to straighten myself out. We were heading to my house and if my brother was there I didn't need him in my business. Yeah, he doesn't know that I date Carnell. I just want to go to sleep, wake up and it all be over.

A few hours go by and Gia's still here trying to lighten up the mood. I don't think anything will get me smiling. My phone vibrated, it was Carnell. "That nigga is calling you. You want me to answer it?" "No..just let it ring." It rang 5 more times before I answered. "What do you want!" "Come outside." "No!" "Milena we need to talk about this so stop being childish and get down here". He hung up immediately. I sighed and slipped on my flats. "I'll be by the door with a pan if something pops off." It was the longest walk, I was so drained from crying I knew I wouldn't be able to yell.

Even though I can tell she had been crying she still looked beautiful to me. I know I'm wrong and I swear I'm changing, I swear. That one night with Nylah turned into five nights. I already broke it off as soon as she called me. I can't believe she caused a scene at the mall. Bitches really be trippin. "So who is Nylah.." "Some crazy girl babe nothing more." I reach out to try and hug her and she snatched away. "She said I should just leave you because she's not going to leave you alone." I sighed. "You know how crazy I'd have to be to leave a perfect girl like you for some random broad? Think for a second Milena. When would I even have time to cheat on you? If I'm not with you I'm handling buisness." she looked down rubbing her arm. I took the box out of my pocket opened it and put the necklace around her. "Besides...I been busy trying to find the perfect necklace for you to wear." She really lit up. "I love you Milena. It may seem too soon to say but it's true." "I love you too Carnell." We hugged and kissed. I promise I'm a cut these hoes off for her. One of these days.
