The rift between the Breeding family and the Richards was everything but pretty. Carnell wouldn't let Milena see the children at all, they were with his Mother and that didn't sit well with Milena at all.
Milena's parents flew down from Ohio to Georgia to settle this on going war. They wanted their grandchildren, all three. Causing Milena's mom and Adrian to have an exchanging of words. Carnell was still resisting letting anyone who wasn't a Breeding see them, except for Patrick and Dustin. Patrick took Milena's side in this naturally and she was staying with him when Carnell threw her out. Dustin didn't take a side, he knew this situation was fucked since the beginning and tried to come up with solutions for everyone to get along, thus making him the enemy in Carnell's eyes.
From the many phone calls exchanged from Milena and Carnell they managed to settle an agreement. Milena can have the twins and see Raj on the weekends supervised by Carnell, Raj is not allowed to go anywhere with her not even around the corner.
Milena was going to move back up north with her parents after majority of this got settled. Patrick still wanted a DNA test on the twins, he was going to end up living with Milena either way. It was hard for them to express their feelings and love with Emery around and not trying to confuse her.
The DNA test was done, resulting Patrick was indeed the father of Carria and Cameron. Which started another feud and Carnell keeping Raj away from Milena permanently. The twins first names were changed to Paisley and Paxton. Patrick took his new family and moved to LA, since his family has shunned him. The Richards are trying to be understanding and flexible of the situation and not judgemental of their daughter's decisions.
Everyone is living separately and happily despite being torn between families and children. They make it wok the best they can. In this case, nothing was fair in this game of love. Or who you love.
