Feeling so lost and afraid
In the shadows of the corner of night
You give me reason to believe
Hoping you will help to make it right
As I shiver in this darkness
Turn these twisting shadows away
A destined fate, I wondered
Turn this night to day
Just when I am ready to give up
You are there to lead me through
My light at the end of the tunnel
A brighter day has come because of you
First I walked so slowly
Thinking it was all but too late
Now the corner is so very distant
As I wipe the twilight from my eyes and no longer wait
