...I heard a door open. We both quickly parted away and looked straight at the door, to find Juvia standing there, with a bag of dropped groceries and a shocked look in her eyes. I looked at her with my piercing brown eyes. "Juvia?", Gray broke the silence. Juvia didn't reply. She just stood there, overwhelmed and frozen. "G-Gray....", she stammered. "What're you doing here?", Gray asked. Juvia dropped her bags. "Wh-why are your hands wrapped around K-Keely's waist?! A-And.....why are you b-blushing like th-that?!", Juvia pointed at me. We just stayed there in dead silence for a while. I suddenly broke the moment by roughly standing up, and heading to the door. "I think I'll be going home now, goodnight", I said bluntly yet angry. "Keely, wait a second!", Gray tried to stop me, but I just rushed out and ran down the stairs, in anger. Why?! Of all people why would she be here?! And how did she know where Gray lived?! (Basically this outfit, but instead of the stockings, it's thigh high boots) I sat there, on my leather black sofa, in silence, just staring at the ripples of the tea in the teacup in my hands. My hand was shaking. Was I scared? Or was I just worried? Why am I feeling like this? Is it because of Him? No. It can't. My short, straight blunt bangs gently brushed my eyebrows, reminding me that I need to sleep. But I was too alert to sleep. My cat, Shiro purred and curled up on my leg. Not the injured one. I didn't look at him at all. He mewed in confusion. "I'm not upset, I'm just a bit tired, that's all. Thanks for thinking about me Shiro", I said petting his furry white head gently. He gave me a purr and jumped on my lap, curling up into a ball. I put my empty cup down on the glass coffee table. "It's okay, I'll stop thinking about it. Let's go to bed anyway", I cooked to the cat. I picked him up, the lights turning off after I left the room, and I set Shiro down on the soft cat bed. After dressing for bed, I fooled up my sleeve on my arm, and looked at the dark, black marking and sighed. Then turned off the light. Hours after falling asleep, I hear a loud crash and hissing. Shiro mewed loudly in fright. "He's here", I tell him. I get out of bed and quickly took out my katana from under my bed. Still in my nightclothes, I walked slowly over to the door and open it slowly. I used my demon sight to see in the dark and walked downstairs to where the noise was taking place. My eyes widened at the figure standing in the living room. "Well well well, if it isn't the one and only Eden. The black demon empress known as the maiden of the darkness. It's such a coincidence to see you here. Especially at a guild. Usually creatures like you don't go to guilds as dumb as Fairy Tail. I thought there go in dark guilds like Tartaros or Eisenwald. Oh, and what about-" "Just what're you doing here Cobra? No one gave you permission to intrude my quarters", I said pointing my blade at him. He cocked an eyebrow. "Now now, don't get feisty. I'm just here to visit my" "Don't make me ask you again!", I growled. Cuebellios hissed at me. I darted glares at her. "Look, if you really aren't gonna let me talk....", he looked at Cuebellios. She charged at me and laid her vicious large fangs straight in my shoulder, injecting as much venom as possible, and threw me off her. "AAAAAAAAGH!!!!!", I screamed in pain. "C-Cobra.....Wh-why.....", I couldn't feel my body move, as if I was being paralyzed. My vision went hazy, and I fell to my knees in pain clutching on my shoulder, trying to stop the bleeding and the venom from spreading. Cobra chuckled. "That's what you get for not letting me finish my sentence. I was gonna even tell you about the whereabouts of that someone you spent your whole life searching for. But it looks like you don't wanna know at all", he said turning around. My eyes widened. "No! Please! Tell me! I need to- kn-know...ah!", I tried to say, but the venom quickly spread through my veins, giving me deep painful pulses. "Uh, uh, uh.....now you don't want to try to struggle too much now don't you? That just makes you even more vulnerable to getting sucked into the venom. You might wanna just stay there and be quiet", he grinned deviously. I glared at him in anger. No....this can't be. What's he after now? "Well, I don't have time to play with you here, so I'll be taking my leave...if that is, you can stop me HAHAHAHAHA!!", Cobra cackled. He walked to me and crouched down to my level. "Me and the rest of my friends are coming soon Eden. But this time we're all more powerful than before. You can't stop us, or beat us. We'll kill all your friends, while you just watch from the sidelines. I'll be seeing you soon, if you live that is HAHAHAHA!!!" And with that, he disappeared into the night with his loyal snake Cuebellios. I screamed in anger, wanting to fight him right here and now, trying to make him come back.
